I was never able to get proper help from this branch, the last time I visited this branch was to open an account for my sister, which unfortunately I realized that they don't even have the literacy to read the date of important document.... (they said it's expired) I am sorry for Wells Fargo for hiring uneducated employees.

This branch is great. Its always a pleasure to deal with all the people here. All the employees really seem to care about customer service. A lot. I recently had a meeting with Fabianna, she was so helpful and patient. She answered all of my questions and helped me out tremendously. She also is very knowledgeable about banking. A+++ service.

A very smooth process! The interior was very clean and there wasn't a long line. My bank teller was very quick and efficient which made me glad. The place had a lot of associates helping people out so I was happy to see that they were working and not just sitting around. I was disappointed and surprised, however, that they didn't have an ATM inside of the bank. Most banks do so that people can make larger withdrawals than the ATMs outside. Overall, really convenient and I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area!

These big banks are getting ridiculous. Holding funds while lending out your money to other people. They can care less about customer service, well putting their own interests and securities before anything else. Employees are rude at this location and unwilling to do anything to help. Will not return and will be changing banks permanently.

Bankers ( not tellers ) including managers knows nothing about banking. This branch sucks. I have been banking with wells fargo for over 12 years and I have never see something like that. When you have problem they always blame the system and when you try to solve the issue with a banker they can’t do it. When asking for a manager they never show up and they keep saying they are busy. Banking with Wells Fargo caused my business a lot of damages because of their system continuous mistakes.

Had to stop by Wells Fargo this morning and absolutely had to do a write up for Hector. He was the teller that helped me through my transaction. He remained patient with me when I couldn't find my debit card and was extremely helpful with ways to navigate the situation! He has a great disposition and is a super great representative of the establishment! Thanks Hector!!!!

I am an investment account holder. So, I stopped by the bank to correct my address/ info and was told that I would need an appointment. I offered to wait and was told there was no one who would be able to help me. ( yet, there were 2 bankers without customers). Normally, I would ask to speak to the manager. However, it was the manager speaking with me!! I even asked if another local branch could help and was told they all require appointments. Honestly. . As soon as I get this account info straightened out , I'm moving my account !!! Yes, it was Friday at 2:00. Still I would give 0 stars as that is how much help I received. !!!

Was here Saturday, was told to make an appointment to see a Banker. So, we made an appointment for 10:30am today. We've been here since 10:15am it's already 10:40am, no one had called us in for our appointment yet. I already spoke to someone earlier and asked if we need to sign in for our appointment so they would know we showed up for the appointment. I was told to just sit and wait to be called. Still waiting...I've been with Wells Fargo for over 10 years now. This is the worst branch. Only come here if you have no other choice.

Truly terrible customer service. Came in to work with a banker on a legal name change and was refused help saying they would have enough time. Came in an hour and a half before closing. Bank elsewhere, don’t waste your time.

Nasty attitude from Marie at the front desk ????? the fact that someone as awful as her even got hired speaks volumes for what this company stands for. I will be closing all accounts here and never banking with them again specifically from my interaction with Marie at this location.

I was told to just come in after two days to take care of a problem. Came in three days later and was told tk instead make an appointment. Would have been nice to just tell me that in the first place. Forget it, I'm going to Chase.

Completely understand why adjustments to businesses have to be made due to Covid. But it is scorching hot outside and there's ONE tiny tent for about 10 people and we're all standing out in this heat and direct sun! They are unapologetic and treat you like you're the problem when you walk in sweating & upset. They're conveniently standing inside with cool air condition room & on their phone, so what do they care. It's a good size bank and there's definitely plenty of room for people to social distance & space out inside. This makes absolutely no sense! Get more tents or other ways of accommodating your customers!!!
