Great customer service and well-oiled staff! This is the affluent branch in Temecula and they are just as busy as other branches. The teamwork and coordination that happens behind the scenes make the branch appear less busy - but they are just as busy and typically handle more complex requests than moving money in and out of bank accounts. I prefer to come to this branch for all my banking needs even though most of the mundane stuff can be done through the Wells Fargo app now. Great chemistry of people at this branch. Kudos to the branch manager!

Seriously the most friendly staff. Juliet and Sophy helped me for a two hour process while I had two little ones in tow and they were so sweet and helpful. It's not the closest branch to me but I'll definitely be coming back for future services.

This location Is so much better than the Menifee location in the countryside marketplace shopping center. Customer service is so much better and the wait times are much shorter. I wait in line for minimum 30 minutes at the other location and here I'm in and out in 10 minutes.

I've had a stack of 10 pages I've needed to get notarized at the bank and my husband and I decided this afternoon to just go down to our local Wells Fargo and get them done as they really needed to get back to our attorney weeks ago and we tried the Wells Fargo on Ynez first and didn't have a wonderful experience with the bank manager there who clearly did not want to try and help us and fortunately I remembered another local branch that I've always had a wonderful experience at no matter what it was I needed and what a completely different experience! My husband went in first for me to check to see if they could help us without an appointment and he was greeted by the Branch Manager, Juliet Huang, who was such a beautiful breath of fresh air. She told him she'd be happy to help us so he came out to get me and from the moment she ushered us into her office, she just made us both feel so welcome and not a bother at all, and proceeded to quite effectively both get everything done while still talking to us and it ended up actually being such a wonderful time that I just felt like I HAD to review Juliet on Yelp as soon as we got home. If you're looking for a new bank that has a small town feel to it with an incredibly welcoming and helpful branch manager who has an equally amazing team working under her, then this Wells Fargo branch is where you'll want to go! I'm certain her employees must love working with such a kind manager who sets the mood and tone of the whole place. Just go in and ask for Juliet and I promise you won't be disappointed. She made a completely boring chore I had to get done today into a wonderful time and I really appreciate her.

I recently attempted to buy plane tickets to get to my grandmothers funeral and it declined my card. I learned that it was not because I did not have the sufficient funds in my account, but rather that I had spent my daily limit. I spoke with customer support and she was lovely and attempted to help, however my complaint is not with her but with Wells Fargo policy itself. The money, my money, that I wish to spend my way should be available to me. ESPECIALLY when I call customer support and let them know my circumstances. After all, like I said before, it wasn't because of insufficient funds but because i've spent my daily money, MY MONEY. How would this work if I was stuck at a gas station and unable to get home because "i've spent my daily limit". I will be taking my business else were as this I feel is a gross violation in the trust I place in this company to secure my funds.

I have been a Wells Fargo's customer for 30 years! Always have had great service at any of the banks, I have been too. This is my favorite location by far ! Everyone is very helpful and goes the extra mile. Great service and team at this location

I have to give a big shout out to the staff at this Wells Fargo branch for their great customer service on Saturday, January 27, at about 3PM. We were visiting Temecula for a little wine tasting, but didn't realize until we got there that we had forgotten our credit cards in our other car. Oppsie. The staff at South Coast Winery were less than sympathetic and were of zero help or creativity. Not so for the crack staff at the Well Fargo in Temecula off of Rancho California Road. Extremely understanding and helpful. They solved our dilemma with patience and a smile. They got us back on track to enjoy our weekend. Thanks, Wells Fargo!

I've been a WF customer for 15 years and feel positive about our relationship. I frequent this bank a lot. I've used most of their services at one time or another. When I retitled my checking accounts with trust information they were very helpful, quick and efficient. The tellers are always efficient and personable and always a pleasure to interact with. I would give five stars; however, I'm deducting one for the person that is doing the notary work now. I don't think she has the best customer service skills and could really improve....she knows who she is. We waited a half hour for her while she was helping someone else with a real estate transaction. She broke away for a moment to tell us it would be another half hour and we could walk down to the UPS . If I did that it would cost me $15.... no way. So I ask the tellers to please call the two other close banks and see if they had a notary available. And sure enough they did....drove a couple miles and got right in. The tellers here are great. The personal banker lady needs some polishing. Other than that it's a great branch.

It doesn't matter to me that your branch is well decorated, or that your people are well dressed and speak eloquently, if they are dishonest and your bank has honesty issues from the very top (see any current news regarding Wells Fargo), then i would prefer not to deal with them. Our business makes it a policy not to accept checks, we made an exception for an older gentlemen. When his family drama proceeded to be a risk for us we decided to take his check to the bank it was drawn on and cash it to get ourselves out of the middle of that drama. The funds were available, we had proof of identity (several forms). The service manager Mai told us we'd have to take the check to our business bank and have it stamped. We went to our bank, our service manager called Mai, and Mai agreed that she would honor the check (mind you this is a check drawn on her bank, from her customer, from an account with sufficient funds). We then drive back to Wells Fargo and gave the check to Mai who then told us she wouldn't cash the check, nor would she honor it at her location (completely lied to us and the service manager at Navy Federal), but that we could go ahead and deposit it through normal means at our own bank. I feel like i wasted nearly half a day because of a wishy-washy Wells Fargo employee (surprise there, guess the fruit doesn't fall too far from the corporate tree).

The staff is amazing here. If there is ever a line they always open up another window. Gina is awesome. She is always friendly and remembers me whenever I walk in. This bank may be a huge corporation, but it feels like a small family owned business. I've never had a problem they couldn't help with. I stay with WF, because of the great service and staff at this location.

I never write reviews but I had an excellent experience at this Wells Fargo branch yesterday and just wanted to share. I'd been having problems with my debit card and their online customer service messed up mailing me a new card twice. After they shut off my card I had no choice but to go into the brick and mortar store to resolve the issue. I worked with Branden Shaffer who went above and beyond to make my experience great! He quickly assigned me a temp. debit card and ordered me a new one. My wife and I also had to switch over to a joint account and he made the whole process seamless. He advised us which account to keep and which to close to save us money which was awesome. It's rare to find someone who is genuinely happy to provide an enjoyable experience, especially at the bank! I know if I ever need help with our accounts that I can visit Branden and he will take care of us.

Honestly, Wells Fargo was my least favorite bank for the fact that whenever I applied for a credit card they confused me with my dad, whom I share the same name with. But coming to this Wells Fargo they had always welcomed me with joy and are completely professional. They treat me as a friend rather than a customer. Courtney, Gabby, and Teresa are such wonderful people who are truly my friends! The personal bankers Shereen, Rachel, and Gina are such sweet hearts. They help me in anyway they can. The new people Stephanie, Robert, and Jonathan are pretty amazing. Though they barely know me, they are trying too! The new manager Jorge is a professional yet completely friendly and kind guy. He is running the place well, just as well as the old manager, Orlando, did! I truly love all of these people! I go out of my way to go to this bank for there amazing service. I will be a life time customer.
