I used this branch for the second time today and it will be my last time. The manager Jessica Simmons is the absolutely worst with customer service. It amazes me that people like her has a management position.

Never ever ever ever deal with the manager at INEZ!!! I attempted to close an account and following each and every step she laid out it was a failure. When she realized the following day she wasn't equipped to serve me she asked me to vacate the premise. I informed her I was not leaving without a solution so she had her rental cop dial 911. When they arrived on scene I was sitting quietly in the lobby. I introduced myself and they bypassed me and spoke with her. They then informed me the manager wanted me gone ASAP or she directed them to arrest me. I had 13K in my account at the time of this incident and this is her idea of a solution??? She should be put in cuffs for abuse!!! Bad business.
