This bank tries to act like a Third World country bank why because I know from living in Third World countries no customer service absolutely super lazy and bureaucratic. I tried to set up a bank account for my son and started coming out with excuses or making extra requirements. Trying to always find excuses I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo since 1992. That shows you the level of them appreciating their customers. This bank is run by foreigners and they run the bank like a foreign country. Absolutely zero customer service or common sense.

The manager, Abdul, is a peace of work. Thomas, one of the bankers, failed opening a business account that closed a month or later due to Abdul and Thomas's lack of competency l. Abdul called us, stating we needed to update the address, which we did and still resuling in a nightmare of logistics. Basically, they wasted a cumulative of 5 full days of my time.
Abdul needs to be fired. When I spoke with him, he began to raise his voice to intimidate me, very unprofessional. He this suggested I start the process over with Thomas, lol. I walked out at that time.

Let's ignore, for a moment, the $3.7-Billion-Dollar penalty WFB has recently paid to settle criminal and civil violations related to their cross-selling practices, the former WFB executive facing prison, the $1-Billion-Dollar class action settlement paid for misleading WFB investors, the 2022 reported criminal investigation into WFB's hiring practices, and the national average cost for banks to acquire a new customer (apx $200-per); and, for just a moment, focus on service at this branch..... 1-Star. I don't bank at WFB (for some of the reasons listed above), but I needed a banker to break a large note. I was close to this branch, so I stopped in (fool me once). The branch is clean, and my wait time in line was short. I presented the note to a teller and politely requested that they break it. The teller requested my WFB debit card. I told her I didn't have a WFB debit card because I don't bank at WFB and just needed the note broken into smaller bills. She refused service. Accepting her refusal and WFB's reputation for terrible service, I took the note down the street to Chase Bank. After being warmly greeted by a banker, I requested the same service. The only question the banker asked me was which bills I would like in return. Bang, boom, done; Chase for the win!

Would give zero stars if I could. They don't care about there customers. Teller Erica is very rude. My family has been customers of Wells Fargo for years, but we getting tired of the horrible customer service. We will be finding a new bank.

Not surprised at all by the low star rating here - horrible customer service! I'm a business customer and the teller couldn't help me and said all the other bankers were busy with appointments that day. I turned around and saw two of them laughing and joking. All I needed to do was verify ID. I offered to wait until they were done with the appointments that were coming in "any minute" and they said no, go online and schedule an appointment. I asked if they could check for appointment availability for me again and they refused. I will be making an appointment now... to CLOSE my business account and take it elsewhere.

Thomas Daniels helped me today. He was so friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and helped with several banking needs. What a pleasant experience with things that could be tedious, all because Thomas was so great to work with. The branch was clean and the atmosphere was welcoming.

Ditto. Except for perhaps one time maybe two out of a year long lines one bank teller. I think they’ve. Been mostly pleasant, however, pondering between one and two stars.

Literally the worst bank and branch. Terrible customer service. Always about 10 workers around but only one teller. Always a line of at least 5 people. If I could give zero stars I would.

Horrible customer service. Made an appointment for a notary on Tuesday for the the following Friday (same week). Called to confirm the notary appoinment Friday morning, no record of the appointment. Banker stated they would call back to never did called 4 more times, spoke with antoher banker stated they would call back, never did. Went to another notary. I see why banking is being automated.

No tellers at this location, therefore not a bank.

I use the bank for a variety of services and have never had any issues. The tellers have all been knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. The bank is clean and well organized.

The manager, Abdul, is not pleasant to work with. He is extremely rude and seemed burdened to have a discussion regarding my banking needs. I have been a member with Wells Fargo for 30 years.
