They have changed their policy and you can only do the self checkout for 15 items or less. The cashiers are always super slow and half the time they expect you to pack your own groceries as well. I'm not standing in line for 15 minutes to serve myself. I usually come here when I need to pick something quick up because it is closer to my house than Target, but I will spend the extra 10 minutes to not have to come here anymore. Target and Winco are my go to places for the best value and prices.

It's Walmart okay, so my expectations are already low. I'm a reasonable person, and rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too "special" to not share. I waited at a glass case for an item to be retrieved from an employee. The button was pushed countless times to no avail. That whole half of the store was a ghost town employee-wise, but I still managed to spot one off in the distance. I run over and ask if she can unlock the case. She seems disgusted that I'm nicely making a request for her to do something other than aimlessly walking around, and replies with, "No, I don't have keys. You have to find someone else." Umm... okay. As it turns out, I'm IN LUCK! To the other side of the store, I spy 2 employees walking arm in arm cheerily! Hooray! My wait is almost over!! I politely ask if one of them is able to open the glass case for my one measly $10 item. Their reply back was, "We're off the clock!" Their heads whipped back around and they carried on their way without a worry in the world. Ya'll, I'm not even that old, a full generation away from being a boomer to be exact, but I felt "boomer-isms" permeating from my soul at that moment. Fortunately, a fellow customer (younger than I) shared my sentiments aloud, "This generation, ugh! Who even says that... 'I'm off the clock'... really!?! They don't make them like they used to!" Customer service is truly dead folks. Alas, my frustrations were nearing an end when someone finally arrives to open the glass case. However, they cannot hand me the $10 item. Instead, they tell me it will be up front when I checkout. I confirm that it will be up there no matter where I checkout, self-checkout or otherwise, and I am assured that it will be. You can probably take a stab in the dark at what happened next. Upon going to the checkout, nobody has the item. They are asking every cashier, sending out S.O.S. messages via walkie talkie, and still nothing. Perfect!! Just as I expected! But wait, what is that in the distance? The same employee that retrieved my item from the glass case is strolling along with my item. No urgency. And really, should I have expected anything otherwise? At least the unfortunate trip was finally over and my item was secured. If you've made it this far, I'm sorry. I'm sorry you had to go on this journey with me. It's time you won't get back, but so are the 30 minutes it took me to purchase 1 item. I'm also sorry to all of the other customers who will have to endure the poorly trained employees and disappointing management allowing this genuine circus to run as a "superstore". What an utter crap-show this Walmart is.

Pick up service requires a tip now. Saw multiple people tipping the employees. I guess I have to go back and do my own grocery shopping, cause Walmart pick up is not for free anymore. It was nice while it lasted.

I waited 40 mins for someone to come and help me to get baby formula, waited the 40 mins and pressed the button multiple times, nobody came to help at all, even tho about 10 employees passed by and I was able to hear multiple radios saying there was a person waiting for baby formula, had to leave and go to a different store because nobody would come help

This review is for the Walmart Auto Center. I had my van serviced with a full synthetic oil change. First of all the price for full synthetic can't be beat. Secondly, the associate named Jackson was very attentive and took my car in right away and provided prompt professional service with a smile. Jackson will hopefully be recognized for his excellent customer service. I've been here a few times but Jackson's service compelled me to write a review. Jackson is probably one of the younger associates but definitely displays leadership qualities.

The Walmart store located in Temecula is a well-organized and clean establishment, in contrast to the negative reputation often associated with big box stores. I have had the opportunity to visit numerous Walmart locations, and the Temecula store stands out as the best in terms of merchandise presentation and overall cleanliness. However, it is worth noting that the majority of the staff members do not greet customers or acknowledge their presence, which is a factor that slightly detracts from the overall experience. Additionally, while the pricing at Walmart is generally competitive, it is important to consider the potential impact on local small businesses when making purchasing decisions.

This is definitely a Supercenter because this Walmart location is very spacious. I stopped by this Walmart location to get some auto glass cleaner since I was in the area and had so many bug guts on my wife windshield. The first thing that stood out to me was that this Walmart has a Mcdonald inside. This Walmart is very organized and cleaned insidr. I was able to find the auto center area all by myself and they have a good amount of car products. I originally wanted the glass cleaner wipes but since they didn't have it, I just got the sprayer and Scott towels. It did the job and I was happy with my purchase. I used the self checkout station and they were actually open.

I love Walmart just like any other girl, but I have never experienced such horrible treatment. It was very unpleasant and racist experience. The greeter at the garden center apparently didn't like the way I look or dress and says "you think you're better than me n*gga" I have tried speaking with management and called over 20 without answer. This is 100% NOT ACCEPTABLE

20 minute wait to get a mouse from a locked shelf. Absolutely ridiculous you can't have two employees at tech center.

I got my iPhone 13 mini screen fixed after it was done I got a “unknown part” for my battery which I never had before. Owner claims he never touched my battery.
