Steve and Marsha Tempel were a great team! They are very detailed, organized, and very professional. As soon as we get approved for our VA loan, we moved swiftly to find a house and able to close out in 21 days!!! They made it all possible for us. They are very communicative and on top of everything to make sure we get things done accordingly. Every time we have questions or clarification, they made sure they are always available for us to explain. They are an awesome team to work with. Highly recommend them!

I met Steve at an open house and am so glad I did. Working with Steve and Marsha during the purchase of my first home was one of the easiest parts of the process! Steve was very thorough while educating us about the loan process, taking time to make sure we understood everything. He is also incredibly communicative, responding quickly even during nights and weekends, which is critical given the current market for buyers. He went above and beyond by providing customized pre-approval letters for us to submit with every offer and personally called seller's agents to speak on our credibility as buyers. When we finally had an offer submitted, the process continued as smooth as it has started. Would definitely recommend working with Vintage Mortgage Professionals if you have the opportunity.

Steve and Marsha have helped me to get mortgage on a unique property in wine country and then helped me to refinance it when rates dropped saving me $500 a month. Steve listens and Marsha is great at the follow up! Will continue to use them for all my future mortgage needs!!!

My husband and I can't recommend Steve Tempel and his entire team at Vintage Mortgage enough! We had a nightmare experience with another lender before being referred to Steve by our realtor. There are truly no words to describe the contrast in experiences we had between the two companies and we SO regretted not using Vintage Mortgage to begin with. Their level of professionalism was evident from Day 1, when we received an email containing a personalized short video from Steve, with instructions for signing attached docs; to his assistant contacting me weeks before our potential closing date to alert me of my soon-to-be expired driver's license. We truly felt like valued clients, and so appreciated the constant communication and immediate responses we received anytime we had questions or concerns. Sadly, this has become a rare occurrence in this day and age but apparently it's still the way Vintage Mortgage does business! We intend to tell everyone we know about this top-notch company!

We highly recommend Steve!!! We are so thankful for his expertise, consistent communication and consideration. He was consistently prompt, patient and professional. We successfully closed on a short sale, which most understand is generally a long and sometimes difficult process.
