My experience with Vintage Mortgage Firm was quite phenomenal. Everything from the beginning to the finish happened in a professional and honest manner. The process was quick and flawless with constant communication to keep the buyer informed with day-to-day occurrences. It was a wonderful experience that I would like to have over and over. Above all, they don't leave you to drown after the escrow closes, rather they keep their communication line open and ready to provide more services free of charge. Steve is a wonderful broker I would like to recommend to every potential home buyer or seller.

Working with Steve and Alayna has been a pleasure. I am a first time home buyer who doesn’t have a clue about loan and mortgage. They walked us through the process and kept us updated the whole time. They say that buying a home is stressful but not with them. Steve said that he will take care of us like his daughter and son, and he did. They are efficient, honest and trustworthy. I cannot express enough how grateful my husband and I are.

Steve is a really amazing lender who's super knowledge about all things Mortgages, VA Loans, FHA Loans, and everything else. He also doesn't charge a lender fee, so that will me a lot of money. I would highly recommended Vintage Mortgage Firm!

In addition, they followed up with us to ensure that we felt comfortable with every decision. They made us feel important and heard throughout the entire process.
Their online application was straightforward to use. We uploaded all the required documents and knew exactly what was expected from us. Steve also has a phenomenal email system set up with videos and guides to help explain each step of the home-buying process. This made us feel comfortable and like we were experts!
