Jason has been extremely helpful resolving my problems with my account, I had been having issues paying my bills and the costumer service on the phone was never helping me but Jason within just a few minutes solved my problems on three different occasions.

Great service and friendly attitude. Helped me lower my monthly bill and walked away with a new phone. Also trying Verizon internet for 30 days free no setup charge. Very pleased.

Unethical sales practice at this store from sales rep Kayla and Manager Amani. READ before going to this store or any Victra Authorized Dealer for Verizon. As a customer for over 20 years with Verizon this is the worst ripoff, lied to experience in my whole life. I never write on Yelp but this time to help other customers to avoid what I went through. Never trust the Sales person without reviewing the contract before you sign !!! If she states they don't print out ask to look at the screen to see what you are signing up for. ASK for all upfront cost before you let them trade in your phones. She took our old phones and stated AFTER if you return within 30 days there will be $50-stocking fee. I asked if my old plan will change because if it does then I don't want the promo trade-in will buy the phones up front. Stated my OLD PLAN would NOT CHANGE but it did. Despite I asked over 5 times and had family and the Manager around hearing me asking. Customer Service at Verizon and her stated miscommunication. I stated when someone say NOTHING is going to CHANGE ON YOUR PLAN (I even told her I have a grandfathered old account plan therefore don't change anything) I understand just add cost to pay for new phones is very simple English to understand. Once they mess up your contract with Verizon, you CANNOT change it back !!! My overall discount with the new plan does not equate to my old plan. Should have just pay new phone full price and keep my old phone X which was in perfect condition. The COST would still be LESS than my trade in discount if I paid the full price for the 2 new iPhone 15. Did not need a 4th line but she stated needed to add to get the trade in promotion and the line was FREE but it was not. The new added line before discount is $65 per month. New overall bill EXTRA PAYMENT PER MONTH is $80 for a line I don't have a phone for 36 MONTHS !!! She also stated NO CONTRACT but Verizon customer service said because I had the trade in it will be for 36 months contract. My new phone was defective and when they ordered a new replacement phone added a new line with different phone number without my permission and charged me for the full cost of the phone. I have proof of the order statement a new line was added. After complaining to Verizon customer service they emailed the store to remove the extra line that I NEVER Authorized. Stated my WiFi has a new update router so gave me the new router stating FREE nothing changes. Found out they cancel my old contract and this was a brand new contract. All so they can make a sale. I went back next day to get my pretty new iPhone X back after seeing my big increase in my contract at home after I logged in online. Customer service at Verizon told me to go back to the store they will make notes to give me back my old phone. The Sales Rep said their Manager said they don't give back trade-ins. I talked to the Manager Amani and she said they sent out the phones same day. I said Monday is a holiday and I know UPS does not pick up that day. Sales Rep also missed $400 in credit and stated she needs to fill out paperwork. At this point I am tire of fighting on this bill and just pay whatever rip off amount for 36 months. Customer Service at Verizon stated I needed to go to the store for any detail information. I wasted too much of my time and stress to go back there. I hope someone at a higher level will fix this mess. If you need new iphone go directly to Apple Store. Any issues they replace it right away.

Jason was very helpful and productive. Got my new phone very quickly and while data was downloading he made sure to assist another customer so no one was left waiting long :)

My wife and I came in for the "Free Upgrade Promotion". After talking with the rep and the general manager, we upgraded our phone plan and were given "Free Items" (smart watch, tablet). Our total seemed to be alot higher than we expected, but we trusted that it was just inflation. No breakdown of cost was given to us, and no additional information was shown for the free products. We called the support line and got our cost breakdown, and it clearly shows that the high cost was because of an absurd amount of "add-ons" that we never asked for or knew about. We weren't informed of a monthly fee for the "free items" as well. We never signed any authorization for the monthly fees, but after further inspection they had "signed for us". The reason why we have stayed with Verizon is because we felt like we could trust the people working there. I'm only writing this review to warn people to look at the breakdown before you pay. Otherwise, you'll pay $180 worth of add-ons that you didn't ask for.Update: We went back in and luckily got a return from the rep. He was unaware of the charges that wrre added. At the end of the day, it was resolved, but this is still a bad experience.

Came in to add a line for a smartwatch, took hours longer than it should've and the rep changed my plan without my consent. Do not come here, they just want to meet their quota and sell you on stuff you don't need. Adding a smartphone line was only $20, but now it's $80 and I was planning on adding a line next year. Now I have to deal with Verizon and try to get my old plan back. You're better off trying to do things with Verizon online

Christmas came early for us at Verizon. As a surgical nurse, I know customer service and I couldn't have been happier with the customer service from Amani, Jason, and Kyla. A++++ service. Thank you for all you do and reconnecting me with the world again as I had a iPhone 8 from 2017. Merry Xmas! Amani the manager needs a raise.

Amani the retail rep at this location is fantastic. She multitasks with amazing efficiency and still keeps a smile on her face with the not so nice customer (not me). She has a wonderful attitude and was so helpful getting my husband and me set up on our new iPhones.
