Alex from Verizon provided an extremely unprofessional experience. He was unhelpful and showed a lack of concern for my issues. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance, he failed to resolve my problem. Very disappointed with the service. One star !

Alex was so helpful and was able to take care of everything I was concerned about…and more! My phone had been stolen and I came in there very upset. Alex helped me so much that I walked out of there feeling very calm and happy. He’s a great agent!

Not only did the young lady reverse the entire purchase mess I had gotten myself into the day before online, but I left the store with my new phone and accessories in less than two hours!
She was super competent, efficient, and pleasant. I’m always going back to that.

In short, I want to bring attention that this store is owned by Victra and is an authorized sales branch. If you have questions about your plan or need help with paperwork related things, I wouldn't recommend going to any authorized retailer for any phone company.
Furthermore, the young men I had the pleasure of working with during my visit were good salesmen. I knew exactly what I needed and what I wanted. They did attempt to upsale me, they also encouraged me to upgrade my plan. They were polite and nice to talk with. The space was clean and airconditioner works.
If you are older or don't know exactly what you need, I wouldn't recommend this store. If you know what you need and it involves you purchising a new item, this is a fine salesplace.

Was SCAMMED by the rep at this place I have been coming here for years and this employee changed my plan after I told him not to, gave me and set me up with more equipment than needed for my small apartment so basically doubled charged for nothing. When I returned less then 24hrs later to let them know what their rep did they refused to take back the equipment that was unopened and now I have to go through the hassle of returning this elsewhere cause of their shady practice and hopefully won't get charged the $90. I would go elsewhere it seems the new staff here just want to load you up with stuff you don't really need in hopes you just keep it and they get their commission. Sucks that I have been coming here for over 6 years and a customer of Verizon for 16 years and they can't do anything to help.

I didn't bother getting the name of this clown I spoke to. When I said I'm looking for a minimal plan just enough to run GPS and have a backup emergency phone to make calls on on a very rare occasion, this guy somehow heard me wanting all the bells and whistles. Not the right way to earn a customer's trust. Zero stars. The star is for the taco I had next door, it kind of radiated over here and gave it a star somehow. I meant for it to be zero.

All my visits here have been extremely helpful. Extra kudos to Justin. I see some other bad reviews and would say they probably just had an unlucky experience. We processed 3 phones and a return with a packed store in about 30 minutes. The corporate Verizon store on Winchester couldn’t dream of this.

If you need to pay your bill this place is fine, but in my opinion if you are upgrading, selecting a new plan, transferring phone services I would not use this location. In the past 5 years I visited this place twice, and both times they messed up my plan. It took me hours on the phone with Verizon to fix the issues they have created. I didn't learn my lesson from the first time. They are not official Verizon store, they are authorized retailer. They have their own interests or promotions outside of what Verizon is running. I sat with the salesperson and told him what I wanted, I knew the promotion that Verizon was running for current customers, he said ok took our phones. We signed the paperwork and few weeks later I check online and none of the promotions or what we asked for was applied. I have no clue what program the salesperson applied for. I have been Verizon customer for over 15 years, I get the same promotion every 3-4 years. So I know what I asked for, what the sales person did is who knows. I called Verizon spent few hours on the call and straightened everything out, but what a waste of my time. Based my experience, I do not recommend this location or any other authorized retailers for Verizon. Go to official Verizon store.

The store manager Justin was amazing and made and my wife feel very comfortable with our new devices. Mohsin was an added bonus of great customer service and we really appreciate their teamwork. I would definitely recommend this store and their representatives to everyone looking to get new phones and more.

On 12/22/23 my husband and I went to Verizon to upgrade my phone to iPhone 15 pro for an early Christmas gift. Sales Rep Alex looked at my plan and informed us on some promotions--which was an iPhone watch (still never received or heard from anyone), and a LTE home internet. Per Alex, you're eligible to try out our home internet at NO COST, "you can see how it is, and if you don't like it within 30 days just return it but make sure to call verizon care support at 1-800-896-9639" they will even send you a $100 gift card if you like". We tested it and saw it not faster then our current internet service, so I called that number he provided and kept getting the run around and spoke to 4 different people probably from 4 different countries because you can definitely hear the accent, BUT no one helped me and they said "if you purchased it from the store, go back and drop it off there" spoke to a guy with a lot of facial hair and dark hair can't remember he's name and he said we don't take any returns here at all--they all get mailed out so I called again and told them and escalated to there supervisor/manager and he helped for me a UPS return label after 3 hours being on the phone. I finally shipped the home internet back as instructed and I confirmed the warehouse received BUT Verizon still charged me $208.96 for something I didn't even used at all and tested it out for 1 minute and even said I won't be charged if I returned it on time--which I did. Until now, I'm still trying to get my bill resolved with Verizon. It no fair for customers to be fooled into this manipulated sales tactics. I'm extremely upset frustrated with this experience. Long story short my husband just wanted to upgrade my iPhone as a gift!
