Amy is amazing. She helped me with all of my problems. Help me with my bills and got me a new phone and iPad and all set up great place to go to ask for amy. Went to another store for help and was charged a setup fee when I already paid one. Amy helped me with everything and helped me adjust my bill. GO HERE ASK FOR HER

This store is not a Verizon corporate store but a Victra retailer. They engage in deceptive practices, such as opening unauthorized lines on your account to qualify you for Verizon's finance plan, misleading you into thinking you're receiving a discount. Instead, you'll find unexpected monthly installments on your bill a few weeks later. Additionally, they do not honor Verizon's 30-day return policy, so buyers beware.

This particular store employed deceptive sales tactics, including inflating prices and misrepresenting discounts. Even worse, they refused to accept return in accordance with Verizon's return policy.
On May 11, 2024, I visited the store with the intention of purchasing a new phone to replace my damaged iPhone SE. The salesperson recommended upgrading to the iPhone 15, citing a promotional discount that purportedly made it a cost-effective option. To qualify for this promotion, I was required to purchase specific iPhone accessories along with the phone.
During the transaction, I requested a receipt but was informed by the salesperson that the printer was malfunctioning, and the receipt would be emailed to me. However, despite repeated requests, I did not receive the receipt until the following day.
Upon reviewing the receipt, I discovered significant discrepancies in pricing. The prices of all items, including the phone, accessories, and service fee, were inflated compared to their retail prices. Specifically, I was charged $840 for the iPhone (retail price $799), $46.99 for the Speck Grip iPhone Case (retail price $24.94), $66.99 for the PureGear Screen Protector (retail price $39.99), and $39.99 for the setup fee (Verizon setup fee $29.99). Additionally, a promotional discount of $650 was misrepresented as a Verizon Financed amount, obligating me to pay it back in installments.
Subsequently, on May 14, I attempted to return all purchased items, as they were within the 30-day return window stipulated by Verizon's policy. However, the store manager refused to process the return, contradicting the company's policy. Specifically, I was denied a refund for the inflated charges on the accessories, despite their pristine condition and original packaging.

I asked Verizon to send me to a Verizon store. Not a retail store. Retail store took advantage me big time. Had to go back twice. Cost me $200 to get my neighbor to take me cuz the cost gas and I have to give him a little after. Other than that they ripped me off while I'm still having problems. I'll talk to Verizon on Monday. See what I can do about it. O.

I work nights, so I came into the store an hour before close. I didn't realize how late it was since it was "my morning," the associates were cleaning, but welcomed me graciously. My phone plan had expired some time ago, but had been working just fine, until last week. I knew I needed to update my account, and had finally made my way into a store.
I had poked around on the website, so I had an idea what I needed before I went in. Giuseppe (pardon if I spelled that wrong) helped me out, without the slightest hint of burden, because of my late arrival. We accessed my account and I was pleased to find out I had some loyalty offers, along with my upgrade. Giuseppe explained the terms of the offers and upgrade, and helped me pick out a case. He answered all my questions expertly and didn't make me feel rushed, even though I chose the final operating hour to come into the store.
In fact, another customer came in while my account was being set up, and during my account transfer, he showed impeccable time management, and showed the other customer the same expert knowledge and courtesy I was pleased to experience.
All in all, I have not had a more simple, or pleasing experience with a so called errand. I will definitely be back to purchase some accessories I was unable to acquire this trip, because of the excellent customer service.

Thank you to the guy that helped me! The Verizon helpdesk phone representative was wrong about the reason i couldn't make calls, but i went into this Verizon store in Temecula and got help from a representative who provided me the correct resolution which was to install all the updates on my phone! Thanks young man!

Isaac gave us an incredible sales experience today. I went in to upgrade my iPhone 11 looking to get either a refurbished 13 or possibly a 14 and walked out with an iPhone 15 Pro Max I was able to trade my iPhone 11 in and was given an amazing deal. My husband even got an Iwatch And our monthly bill will stay the same. Loving my new phone! Thanks Isaac

After spending most of a day with Verizon support, I decided it was a real waste of time. An in person visit was necessary.
The next day, we visited the Temecula store and got Conrad. He was knowledgeable, kind and very persistant. Because of this, my problem was resolved by him when 5 others before him had failed.
This is excellence and professionalism in practice. So rare today. Thank you, Conrad.

Went to this store today because my phone was saying SOS, the guy that helped me tried one thing and then told me i had to buy a new phone. So i went to the Verizon off of Winchester and the girl working fixed it in literally 5 seconds.

Do not use this store. It is not a verizon corporate store. I visited this store in Temecula off rancho California rd. Store number w712001.I informed sale person Nick that i needed to test service and tgat i might return the phone is expectations were not meet, although being very attentive he fail to be transparent on all return fees id the device didn't fit my needs.I was told there would just be a $50 restocking fee for the device.He failed to inform me that the in-store setup fee of $40 and the prorated bill would also be charged.
