Amazing staff they are so friendly. I love how the staff greets you and makes you feel so welcoming every time I pick up my mail. The facility is very clean. I also have a storage unit and the storage area is also very clean, easy access and good security. Thank you to the wonderful staff!?

The staff is outstanding. The facility is clean. Their hours are limited, not open on holidays for the postal side.

The staff definitely make you feel like family especially Tracy and Samantha; they're such helpful and sweet ladies. So glad I decided to rent a mailbox here after having so many items stolen. It's so worth paying for peace of mind. The interior is always immaculately clean and orderly and the grounds are nicely maintained. Absolutely love this place!

Very clean storage and mailbox facility. Easy access to outside units. Restroom available. 24 hour access to storage is available for small extra charge. Security gate access. Patrolled and used by local police department. Well lighted. Safe.

I really like the place and the employees. The storage units are well maintained, they play music throughout which is a nice touch. They also do mailing services, notary and P.O. Boxes. The employees are crazy nice and they even have a bathroom that you can access even if the office is closed. The place is also very secure, well lite and there are even a few flatbed dolly's to help you unload. The prices are better than any other storage facilities in the area. Definitely would recommend this facility to anyone in the area.

Corrine, I can see that you are trying to spin this as a case of us trying to extort free rent and that is not the case. You are correct that insurance will cover the trailer. However, there were many of thousand of dollars of items inside trailer which insurance does not cover and we are responsible for now. Rather, we thought instead of asking you to split the cost via reimbursement we thought by asking for a discount on rent space was reasonable. However, whether or not you wanted to grant that is at your discretion. There was no threat of giving negative post in fact it's the opposite in that we actually we expecting to continue to rent from you knowing the theft is something that happened and cannot do anything about that. As explained we having been paying customers for years we would have assumed that we would had always still retain our spot and I had even told you that. Instead what happens is ownership/management instructs you to give away our spot to the next guy on the notion that the whole thing is suspicious and implying the that we had something to do the theft of our own trailer. That is ridiculous and not right above all else. That is the underline issue here make no mistake. Ultimately, if there had not been that implication we would not be as upset as we are. It takes a special kind of nerve for somebody to do that. It's absolutely reprehensible and something you/management/ownership must own.

I can't speak to the self-storage, because we only use the postal mailboxes. That said, I am so thankful for our postal box at Vail Ranch. We live in a rural area and the post office fails us habitually in delivering correctly or having a box available for parcels. We decided to get mailbox with Vail Ranch and have always had a wonderful experience. Tracey and Lisa are awesome and work so well as a team; there's a ton of mail and packages that come through everyday and they're always on top of things and organized.

I been using Vail Ranch for my mailbox provider for over 10 years and they are the best. I travel through out the year, but can always have my mail forwarded to wherever I'm staying while on my travels. The staff is amazing. Alerts to packages are awesome, they even handle my returns and important documents. Thanks for such great service all these years.... Nando
