Whomever drops off your sensitive information and prescriptions to the post office, left important info and drugs stuffed into the drop off bin. They were waiting in the lobby. He then dropped the parcels into the letter drop box because his impatience from jamming the drop bin. Amazing how much training goes into prescriptions but then they leave them in the lobby with your addresses on them.

Went to this pharmacy to support a small business and they had the prescription i needed in stock. It's been a nightmare with them. They never let you know when prescription is available for pick up. Everything is first come first serve so even if they have it in stock and call to get it filled if you can't show up within the hour it more than likely will be gone. Was asked personal questions about why I needed the prescription and denied me of getting it even though my insurance covered it. Got a call from them today and when i answered they were talking about me before saying anything. Completely unprofessional and will be transferring my medication immediately.

I found Vail Ranch Pharmacy due to the recommendation from my doctor's office. My medications are expensive and CVS doesn't deal with insurance co. prior authorizations as this pharmacy does. This small business is so much easier to deal with and gives personalized, compassionate service. In addition, the main pharmacist is a wizard at getting prescriptions approved which I really appreciate! All the employees are so nice, understanding and helpful that they ease the stress and difficulty for people with medical conditions having to deal with insurance complications. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

Vail ranch pharmacy discriminated against me for not wearing a mask during covid 19. There was never a law requiring people to wear masks. They treated me combative demanding I wore a mask even though I was a patron. Shame on this company and I hope they go out of business.

Neil was extremely helpful and determined to assist me in finding a less expensive medication (Eliquis - around $500 everywhere else). He managed to find me a free Eliquis starter pack (the first month supply).BTW, those new blood thinner medications Apixaban (Eliquis). and Rivaroxaban (Xarelto) that are around $500 in US are less than $20 in Europe. Which reminded me of Lyrica a few years ago which also was around $500 in US and I bought it in Europe for less than $10.

I try and support small businesses and the ladies who work at Vail Ranch pharmacy are the best! On the other hand, I feel priced gouged. $475 at VR compared to $36 at a generic pharmacy. This is so wrong!

I've been going to Vail Ranch Pharmacy for years but about 6 months ago Basil sold and the new owners are terrible!!! My prescriptions haven't been correct since. I've talked repeatedly to them about the missteps but to be quite honest they don't care. I loved giving my business to a local small business but I can't do it anymore. Going back to my old place.

If you are diabetic and rely on certain supplies from this pharmacy, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is a joke and obviously take their patients prescriptions as a joke also.

Vail Ranch Pharmacy is undoubtedly the best pharmacy of all time. The pharmacists and staff are informative, efficient, and caring. My prescriptions are often filled in the same visit within 10 minutes when I bring them in person! When I call to check on medicines the doctor has sent, they are fast to answer the phone and my questions. Also, the delivery service is a life-saver and it is free! The drivers always do a great job at calling ahead of time as well. Vail Ranch is miles above CVS - there rarely is a wait and they have their own drive-through. But the delivery and the care is what sets it apart!

This place was so amazing until Lou left. It is so bad now and the customer service is the worst it the valley, it used to be the best. I do not recommend going here, don't waste your time. Even getting a bottle of eye drops filled is a nightmare. What a shame. This was always my go to :(

Was heading back home to OC from the Temecula area and needed to stop by the pharmacy to pick up a few things. Passed by Vail Ranch Pharmacy, made a U turn and decided to head on in. It was such a great atmosphere. I had associates offering help to locate items on their shelves as well as advising how to use the products. They really did take that extra step to provide a COVID friendly, positive and relaxed experience. When in the area try these guys out. They are solid!
