Excellent customer service! We purchased our Riccar vacuum from Vacuum Express years ago. They have made any necessary tweaks, belt and filter changes and have always taken good care of us, highly recommend!

I came to the store with two broken down Dyson vacuum cleaners. Left with a great new vacuum that with guarantees and knowing if there is a issue these great people can fix it. Nothing is better then personal customer service.

Not one to post reviews but I was so impressed with this business. Brought my older vacuum in for repair and was greeted by a woman at the counter (didn’t catch her name). Turns out it just needed a new belt. She replaced the belt and cleaned the unit at minimal time and expense. She gave pertinent advice on further care and maintenance but did not try to sell me anything I did not want or need. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I strongly recommend this business for all your vacuum needs.

I've had it on my mind to get a lightweight vacuum cleaner, especially for our stairs. I wrote my previous review so long ago but in all that time, I never forgot the owner and how helpful he was back then, even though, I wasn't buying anything. It goes to show, good service, even if someone does not buy something at the moment, is meaningful. People do remember. It pays to be nice and he surely was. .

I love my Kirby vacuum. When the transmission went out (after 15 years of use), I thought it was time for a new vacuum. I took it to Vacuum Express and it was fixed at a very reasonable price. Two years later, the vacuum started to squeal. I took it back to Vacuum Express and they found it was just a bunch of Samoyed fur clogging my motor. it was cleaned up and working perfectly in a day...again for an extremely (ok, better than extremely) reasonable price. The owners are wonderful, professional, trustworthy people. if your vacuum needs help...this is the best place to go.

I was super happy I found vacuum express in our recent move. Had to bring the old faithful Kirby in for a quick tuneup and was in and out in minutes. They are extremely knowledgeable and extremely generous when it comes to service and helping. Was extremely happy about everything. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area who has service issues with there vacuum. Thank you so much for your help. Definitely will be back when the Kirby needs help.

They put in my central vac system 13 years ago. I love the cleaning ability it has. Easily get all the pet hair out. Great customer service.

I so wanted to kick my vacuum to the curb. I'm not one to give up and always want to give something a second chance. I called Vacuum Express and spoke with Robert. He was very professional and provided me with everything he was going to check out. In four days I received a call from Robert. My vacuum was available for pick-up. I was in disbelief of how wonderful it looked and how well it worked after he worked on it. It was a brand new machine. I was thrilled. Also thrilled with the quick service and reasonable invoice. Thank you Robert!

Very nice lady there. But couldn't help me with my Bissell shampoer. They don't work on those anymore. They only do most vacuums.
