I asked for 200 one ounce stamps and was sold 200 forever stamps. I had large envelopes which were 2.5 ounces. I had 2 forever stamps and 2 one ounce stamps. He told me it was short by $.08. One ounce and forever both hold their value - even after the recent price increase. I’ll take them to the Wildomar PO. They never give me a hard time. I’ll also return the 200 forever stamps I don’t need and purchase the 200 one ounce additional stamps.

I came to the desk with 5 pre paid packages. Gloria threw one in the bin without scanning it and I asked if she could scan it in. She asked if I had a sheet. I asked if she could scan them in and she didn't say a word. I asked if she knew that didn't count as carrier acceptance and she didn't respond. She was rudely dismissive and didn't reflect the normal experience the post office normally provides. The clerk next to her was great and was giving a little kid a sticker. Gloria unfortunately is just not able to provide the basic scanning that is supposed to be provided.

I was in and out fairly quickly and it was simple to send a first class letter signature required.

Pretty decent post office, but a bit small. Also there's not a lot of parking since it's located in Old Town Temecula in a more touristy are. It's a very unique post office in that it looks like an Old West building from 150 years ago. You can't miss it because it does stand out! One thing I do appreciate a lot is that there are mailboxes outside to drop off your mail after hours. And they're easy to find and access. I've come here a few times late at night to drop something off for work when other post offices were closed and didn't have outside drop boxes.

Not a review but a heads up on the Google Maps directions. The parking lot is one-way, you can only enter on Old Town Front Street. Maps keeps trying to send people in from Moreno, that does not work.Consider this my audition for a Progressive 'turning into your parents' commercial.

I went to get a PO Box that I purchased online. Gloria was very patient with my request, and helped me to complete the correct forms and verification. I look forward to my next visit at UPS Temecula.

Customer service over the phone here is so rude. They lost my mail and would not search for it.

I have a PO Box here and have had more mail gone missing here than anywhere else before. I also noticed in the past the employees who work here seemed to always be in a bad mood. I have noticed a change in the past few months and several new employees. They actually have become very welcoming and helpful lately, which is great to see. Hopefully they continue to improve things around the post office. The lobby hours have changed from 6am-6pm which is a little inconvenient, wish they kept the lobby open for a little longer like they did in the past.

The lady running this post office is evil. She is complicit in mail thefts by her employees. My package disappeared and never tracked once I dropped it down the slide in their lobby. She will face consequences soon. She has ignored the 20+ faxes sent to her for a month.

My service was quick and easy! I'm not from here, but stopped on my way to meet a friend to drop off 200 postcards... but Jeff didn't mind! Jeff was also very kind and helpful. Thanks Jeff!

Overcharged for stamps. Wife also wanted to tape a small package for a return. They made her buy a new roll of tape which was totally fine with us. However, the problem was a guy right behind her needed tape and the clerk taped it up for free, literally right in front of us.
