Ms Josie is amazing !! I came last week to send my dad’s passport renewal application. I didn’t schedule a passport appointment - since it’s just an application sent by mail. However when one of the workers saw that I was sending this - he said that Ms Josie is better in helping me in this area. She saw my application and said that the picture was not clear. Got it retaken at Staples and she helped me out with the rest. So thankful with MsJosie !

I have always loved going to this post office. Until today. Today a man tried to ignore everyone standing in line, so I asked him if he was in line and let him know that we were too. Then he went back in line, but he was going to for sure cut us all who were waiting if I didn't say anything. I wasn't rude, I just let him know that we see him and we were in line.
When I got up to the counter, I was sent off to the side. Jeff was super nice to the man who tried to cut everyone in line, even told him to have a blessed day.
This post office was always fun, usually a very happy place. But today Jeff decided that he was going to give me about the hardest time I've ever had in my life. Had to ask the same questions at least three times, in order to get a straight answer about pricing. Had to all but argue to conduct what should have been a simple transaction. The price on the screen was even wrong. I had to go to another worker in line, because I didn't trust he would even send out my package with the way he was acting. So not ok. And was totally unnecessary.
I don't understand the nasty attitude from Jeff, just because I wanted to stop someone from ignoring everyone else who had been waiting, and who was going to cut in front of us. Yet Jeff rewarded him and punished me by making sure I had no pricing options and attempted to charge me over $30 to send a packet.
Ruined my dang day. Thanks Jeff.

The passive aggressiveness here is too much especially for first thing in the morning

the person on the counter seems to not enjoy what he was doing as a customer service rep. Not even a smile or eye contact or a simple conversion . I had 2 priority box and 2 cards, then he walked away to the counter to grab the stamps, then he rip 2 stamps and slide towards me and made me put the stamps on my cards. Then when was has telling me about the policies for the content of my priority boxes, i feel like he’s just reciting it because he just close his eyes and recite the policy. If you work facing a customer industry have a pleasant personality, thats what you apply for .

I don’t understand all the negative reviews, because my experience at this post office was great! Entering the parking lot was a bit tricky (you can only enter one way from the main road), but there was ample parking right in front of the entrance. As usual, the post office was busy, but the two employees working behind the counter were very organized and polite and the line moved quickly. The staff member I worked with—Josie—was amazing. She was extremely efficient, friendly, and was probably the most efficient postal worker that I have ever encountered. Thanks!

I asked for 200 one ounce stamps and was sold 200 forever stamps. I had large envelopes which were 2.5 ounces. I had 2 forever stamps and 2 one ounce stamps. He told me it was short by $.08. One ounce and forever both hold their value - even after the recent price increase. I’ll take them to the Wildomar PO. They never give me a hard time. I’ll also return the 200 forever stamps I don’t need and purchase the 200 one ounce additional stamps.

I came to the desk with 5 pre paid packages. Gloria threw one in the bin without scanning it and I asked if she could scan it in. She asked if I had a sheet. I asked if she could scan them in and she didn't say a word. I asked if she knew that didn't count as carrier acceptance and she didn't respond. She was rudely dismissive and didn't reflect the normal experience the post office normally provides. The clerk next to her was great and was giving a little kid a sticker. Gloria unfortunately is just not able to provide the basic scanning that is supposed to be provided.

I was in and out fairly quickly and it was simple to send a first class letter signature required.

Pretty decent post office, but a bit small. Also there's not a lot of parking since it's located in Old Town Temecula in a more touristy are. It's a very unique post office in that it looks like an Old West building from 150 years ago. You can't miss it because it does stand out! One thing I do appreciate a lot is that there are mailboxes outside to drop off your mail after hours. And they're easy to find and access. I've come here a few times late at night to drop something off for work when other post offices were closed and didn't have outside drop boxes.

Not a review but a heads up on the Google Maps directions. The parking lot is one-way, you can only enter on Old Town Front Street. Maps keeps trying to send people in from Moreno, that does not work.Consider this my audition for a Progressive 'turning into your parents' commercial.

I went to get a PO Box that I purchased online. Gloria was very patient with my request, and helped me to complete the correct forms and verification. I look forward to my next visit at UPS Temecula.
