My daughter lives with me and never gets her mail. Some employers have even called to say her w2 had gotten returned to them. Her address has been updated to our address 3 to 4 times now. The woman from the post office told her that maybe it's because she has a different last name than us. Please tell me how that makes sense! They're telling me who I can and can't have live at my home? Also, because I got remarried my kids are penalized by the post office for having a different last name?? Not to mention since we moved here two years ago we have been getting someone else's mail to which we asked to not be delivered at our home. We have sent back said mail and they keep putting it back in our mailbox! We live in Temecula and her package was delivered to Moreno Valley and they say there's no problem as it was delivered! Um Hello, the shipping address doesn't match the delivery address so yes I think that's a problem! She can't get a refund because it says it was delivered!

I had such a wonderful experience at this location today, and I'm thrilled to share it with you. Unlike my previous visit to the Murrieta USPS location, which was absolutely terrible, today's visit was absolutely perfect. It was so bad during my last visit that I even wrote a review about it and left without sending my important envelope to my military son.But today was a whole different story. Let me tell you how it went. As soon as I walked in, I noticed that the line was very short. When it was my turn, the postal employee raised his hand and kindly said, "Next in line, please," with a smile. When I approached his window, he greeted me with a warm hello and asked how he could assist me. I explained that I needed to mail this envelope and obtain a tracking number for it. He then informed me that I had two options with different price points. I expressed my gratitude for his explanation, and he responded by saying, "That's what I'm here for. I'm happy to answer any other questions you may have."Although I didn't catch his name, my receipt indicates that he was clerk 78. So, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to clerk 78 for being such a kind and considerate human being. It truly made a difference in my day.Once again, I felt compelled to write this because I genuinely appreciate being treated with common decency, unlike my experience at the Murrieta location. Feel free to check out my review of that location if you're interested.

Been here multiple times. The one older lady, like in her 60’s maybe, she’s really unfortunate looking, yeah her, she’s a real treat to everyone who comes in, acts like she can get away with everything because she’s behind a counter. Talks TRASH behind the counter to her coworkers about people, she was even making fun and cracking jokes about low income people who may be on “food stamps”. It was really disgusting to hear someone like her putting others down, who may be in need. I really hope there wasn’t anyone who gets help from the county in there that day. Needless to say, I won’t stand in her line. Some of the other workers are very nice and do their jobs without being nasty to customers. This is truly my experience with this place. You’re better off going down to Old Town Temecula post office instead.

Waiting in line for well over an hour to talk to a supervisor who apparently doesn’t work at the supervisor desk.

The website states that this location had a self kiosk but it was not open. Frustrating when you go with packages to mail and the door is locked!

I had a photo book in a flat rate envelope ready to send, Connie was going to charge me as package rate $17, I was shocked and told her it just a book, then she’s got attitude said you have to tell me what’s in there otherwise I thought it just a package because it’s kind heavy. I said isn’t it your job to ask customer what is in the envelope so can charge the right rate. She kept telling me that I have to tell her, and she don’t need to ask instead. So for the book they have different rate so it was only $9. CONNIE was talking to another teller a lot though, but as a teller it’s a part of job to give a good customer service. ASK customer what’s in the envelope/ box. NOT AssumingIm not working in the post office, didn’t even know there’s different rate for sending books.

Every visit has not been pleasant. There’s one particular short lady thats here often always has a really bad attitude and demeaning temper every time I’ve come here.

Worse service I've had, anywhere! Ever! No one working there is willing to help, especially not the manager just yelling at everyone in line like she owns the place and cursing infront of her staff and other people waiting to be attended to. Even the staff looks intimidated to ask her questions

Best USPS I have been! This should be the one setting example for other USPS. The staff working with smiles and saying thank you to customers at the end. This is how you work it during holidays!

Nancy at the Temecula post office went above and beyond in assisting us with our last-minute passport application. Their service was exceptional, and they made the process incredibly smooth and efficient. Nancy’s dedication to providing top-notch customer service should not go unnoticed. She deserves to be recognized as Employee of the Month for her outstanding work!

Horrible experience. I sent my mother who’s not that well of speaking English but does her best, to go return a package to me. She came back so upset almost in the verge of crying because of how mean the girl who was taking care of her was. She was a young latina woman. She refused to help her out and yelled at her in front of everyone. I truly felt so heart broken that I had my own mother go through that. I hope you have the week you deserve. God is always watching how you treat others.

Can’t call - the phone #does not allow to file a complaint… The delivery service refuses to deliver mail to Bunker Drive unless the cars are not park in front of the mailboxes – no wonder no one wants to support the Postal Service
