This post office is horrible. We had a passport appointment for our daughter which we had made 1 month prior, because we are extremely limited on what days will work for us since both my wife, myself and daughter have to be there. We get to the post office and are told the passport employee went home early because they weren't feeling well so they weren't doing passports that day. Nobody bothered to contact me (despite the fact the USPS had both my phone number and email since we made the appointment online) to let me know this. Now I have to make another appointment and try this all over again. I can't imagine any other business, where you can make appointments, would find it acceptable to cancel an appointment due to illness and not notify the customers ahead of time.

I wish I got your name, but making me wait 20 minutes in line only to tell me that youre going on your lunch so I have to wait till later was scummy. Like, beyond being a decent employee, that was just a poor choice for a human being. Did you not know your lunch was coming up? Was it a complete shock? You couldn't lean over and say "hey sorry this is my last customer" when I, or the several people behind me, arrived?
Do better. Or close.

Incompetent facility. I requested a vacation hold that was confirmed on May 29, 2024. This was supposed to last 30 days. I go to the post office to pick up my mail just to find out that none of my mail was ever held, despite the request being put in and receiving a confirmation. I have since moved and I no longer have access to that locked mailbox. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I have legal documents now sitting in that mailbox with all of my personal info there. I am now at risk for identity theft because this facility is incompetent and highly inconsiderate. Instead of apologizing, and admitting to the mistake, the lady in charge of handing out the mail on June 10 around 2pm decides to try and blame me for their mistake. Rather I moved within that timeframe or not, The vacation hold was still confirmed, and the facility still should have held my mail REGARDLESS! That was a very pathetic attempt of not taking any accountability for their mistake. I had not reported my move yet. Therefore this facility had no idea so that has nothing to do with them not holding my mail like they were supposed to. There were also other people there whose Vacation holds were never
honored as well. So what is going on? Why are they not able to get this right because this is completely ridiculous and infuriating. With all the bad reviews, you would think that someone with some common sense would step in and improve things, but clearly not. What a Shameful facility!

The staff at this Post Office is fantastic. Their customer service is exceptional and they go above and beyond. My daughter was expecting a package for her graduation. It was delivered but my granddaughter got the parcel box key stuck in the wrong box. I went to the Post Office and Gail, the supervisor stated the postal carrier would deliver it later that day. It wasn’t delivered so Brian, one of the postal workers, came by after hours and opened up the community mailbox to see if it was there. It wasn’t but the next morning the Post Office personally delivered the package to the house. I was so happy and pleased at how much this Post Office staff helped to resolve this problem. It was very refreshing to see how much they cared.

The worst manager and service. Unprofessional manager had me text tracking to her personal phone number just to tell me she can only see what i see in regards to why my package is a week late with no word why. After waiting 30 minutes just for her to take her time, clearly snacking in between ‘helping’

My daughter lives with me and never gets her mail. Some employers have even called to say her w2 had gotten returned to them. Her address has been updated to our address 3 to 4 times now. The woman from the post office told her that maybe it's because she has a different last name than us. Please tell me how that makes sense! They're telling me who I can and can't have live at my home? Also, because I got remarried my kids are penalized by the post office for having a different last name?? Not to mention since we moved here two years ago we have been getting someone else's mail to which we asked to not be delivered at our home. We have sent back said mail and they keep putting it back in our mailbox! We live in Temecula and her package was delivered to Moreno Valley and they say there's no problem as it was delivered! Um Hello, the shipping address doesn't match the delivery address so yes I think that's a problem! She can't get a refund because it says it was delivered!
