Do not bank there. Told me i can pull out any of my money and close my accounts. They said they own my money lol!Yolanda, Sarah, Giselle all gave me issues on all my accountsCustomer service just as bad 6 hours on phone they do not educate their reps very well. 1 out of 5 will have proper info in my experience

I usually don't do reviews but I had to do one for Lydia Galvan that works for the US Bank in Temecula-Jefferson I had Lydia help me out and she went above and beyond with great customer service. She was very knowledgeable and that day I was going through a very hard time and she was just amazing and made my day better just by treating me like a friend and not just another customer. She was kind and patient and I truly thank her for that wonderful client service she gave me. She is manager material!!!

everytime i'm in this location it's not only SLOW, but the ladies are so rude and careless. Today i waited 20 minutes to even speak to someone after the ATM ate my money, and then she told me she didn't know how to help me besides to call the number i was given.. I had already waited 20 mins and then she isn't educated on her job?? This isn't the first time i have had problems here, but after the attitude and inconsideration i received i figured it's time. I would rather drive the extra 20 mins to the next closest one, also a store she had no problem talking about to the patron in front of me.. Very disappointed AGAIN

Unfortunately, I've been really unhappy with US bank since day 1. I thought with time I would like it, and maybe needed to give it a chance, but I was wrong! I would never recommend this bank, especially for small businesses. The staff is super friendly though, but that's about it.

While there is truth that there can be a line, when I'm forced to have to go in, the staff is always great. 99.9% of the time, I can do all my banking needs online so it's only for very specific needs when I swing by. When I need help, they help me so 5* in my book.

I am happy ? about everything that US BANK has done for me.I was a contractor for 38 years and always kept my customers ?.I hardly had to advertise, my customers kept referring other family members and friends?.

I have never had a pleasant experience at this branch. The management could care less about customers valuable time. Be prepared to camp out in line for 30min.

Went into this branch to resolve an issue I had with temecula GMC scamming me and robbing me. The ladies were more than helpful. They went above and beyond to try to get the issues resolved. Even called GMC and got yelled at in the process. Im so sorry that Phillip candido at GMC screamed at you guys but im proud to call you guys my bank. Great customer service!

I tried to cash a check written on a US Bank account. I was told i would need to complete some paperwork and provide a social security number, which they explained is a federal law. I took my business elsewhere. The teller's were polite.

I sent a wire this morning and Lydia was awesome!! She was so helpful and really helped put my mind at ease that my wire would reach its destination today. This US Bank branch was great!!

The worst banker winner thus far in my 47 years is lidia at us bank in Temecula ( my opinion ) Extremely rude, argumentative and has no clue what customer service is. Good luck to all who use this location. My mother who has had an account for over 30 years brought in a CASHIER'S check from Navy federal which is an excellent bank with the best customer service by the way and Lidia decides to put a hold on it. I say she because after a little digging its entirely up to the branch to release it or not. Well congratulations , Navy federal you have a family of new clients.

Deposited cash in the ATM and the money never went into my account. The “Teller Supervisor†seemed to question my claim stating. “I didn't see any money stuck in the ATM, a service tech is coming out. I'll call you before the end of business with a resolution.†I never received a call! Terrible customer service, and WHERE THE HELL IS MY MONEY!!!!
