I just got back from this bank. The teller was an older guy. Maybe he was in his 30s? I had coin and I couldn't make rolls. It was probably $20 of change if that. He told me about the Albertsons coin star. I am aware of that and I didn't want to be charged there. Then he wouldn't wave the money order fee. I told him I just got a ticket- I haven't gotten a money order in about ten years. He wouldn't budge. No one greets you when you walk in. I've been in banking for 15 years. I would always go the extra mile for customers. You have $5 in quarters- no problem This is not the service I would have provided. I am really disappointed at this experience. This bank is cold.

We lived in Minnesota (the home of US Bank) over 30 years ago, and have always been well taken care of by US Bank. We live in Temecula, California now and yesterday I went to US Bank to withdraw some cash from our joint checking account. I was immediately taken care of by Juan Carvajal who not only took great care of my banking needs, but also carefully walked me out to my car because I am recovering from hip surgery. Juan was not only competent, but caring, and I very much appreciated his help. Holly Suhi

USBank never disappoints when providing non-existent customer service. The latest of the bank's blunders is hysterical. A friend was repaying a personal loan to me at a USBank near where they live. The amount to be deposited was $1,000. Oops, can't deposit more than $500 at a time. My friend was told to deposit the remaining $500 dollars CASH deposit the next day, which happened to be a Saturday. The cash deposit was made on 11/3 and didn't register until 11/6. This caused an overdraft and made it impossible for me to deposit a new check via the ATM. I went into the branch and they said it was because the check was on a little thicker paper. ROTFLMAO. The check was a birthday gift from my friend with deep pockets, utilizing his personal accounting system. I finally talked to Claire in customer support and she explained that the cash deposit was not processed immediately, and in turn caused all of this unnecessary trouble. I have a free account that I have had for years and use for certain transactions. Always remember, that you, as a customer will have to suffer from the regular lack of customer service when it counts. Regional banks or credit unions are your best options.

After banking for 37 years with USBank in Pleasanton in N. California, where bank staff had been respectful and pleasant, my first visit to this Temecula branch was very disappointing. I'm a 78 yr old Asian and walk slowly with a cane. The two tellers looked like they resented being interrupted from their ongoing chat, and one of them was downright arrogant. I had wanted to cash a $500 check and needed brand new $10 bills for Covid reasons. Teller only had new $100 bills and worn $20s. But, he could always have asked his manager to open the vault and grant my request - but he was lazy, couldn't care less and didn't lift a finger. People like him do not deserve to work at this or any other bank !!!

I've banked with US Bank since I opened my first account in 2016. I've had my issues in the past, but they usually have gotten resolved. However, I've been pushed past my tipping point with this branch specifically. I've had an issue that i've been dealing with, involving a US Bank ATM deposit error, so i've been trying to resolve it with this Branch Manager (Angelie Abelgas) and this is what i've gotten: - An extreme lack of communication: Angelie never returned calls, and had someone walk back and forth between her desk and me in the lobby to communicate with me. She either didn't care enough to talk to me or was too afraid to tell me something I didn't want to hear. Either way, it was horrible treatment from a Branch Manager. - When Angelie called corporate for help, I overheard her say "she's helping a kid". That is both unprofessional and disrespectful towards me, regardless of my age. - One of Angelie's employees told me "not to interrupt him" when I was trying to explain that he was repeating something i've heard many times before, that wasn't helping my issue. And at the end of the day, they didn't solve my problem and told me I need to "deal with the IRS". This "solution" took me having to walk into this Branch, even after I called THIS MORNING and got ignored. To add insult to injury, after speaking with a Branch Manager from another location, they appear to have found alternate solutions to my problems. DO NOT BANK HERE. They will treat you poorly, not communicate with you, and not take your issues seriously.

Was coming in to make a very large deposit into a new account. Called a head of time to find out what time they closed and what we needed to bring. Got there 15 minutes later from that call which was 4:30 and was told they weren't taking anymore new accounts because they closed at 5 and they were already processing a new account. Couldn't be more obvious that you didn't want new business. As someone who works in the field of customer service, I was shocked how dismissive they were to us! But your loss is Bank of Americans' gain. Will never do business with US Bank again!

I moved to Temecula a few months back and before I was with Wells Fargo but I thought I'd change banks for the better. To my surprise this bank is the worst worst worst I've ever had. From doing wiring transfers to using western union they absolutely make me sick. I had to replace my atm 3 times within 2 months because their chip kept failing. They put holds on checks I deposit for up to a week. All but terrible experience DO NOT BANK HERE. Just go to any other bank but this one.

I just closed my business account here, this is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Their ATM chips always failing, their fraud department leave you stranded. I've never experienced anything like this. No wider I hear it all the time that this bank is TERRIBLE And I have experienced it on my own. Go to any other bank but this one!!! Hi Ryan, Aha sure you really think I'm wasting my time emailing you or calling you? For what? You guys are the worst!

Ali came into this back about 6 months ago and spoke to the branch manager about transferring a business account here. He was great, informative and made me feel like my business would be appreciated. I've been with Wells Fargo for 11 years and I was ready to make the switch. So since it's the begging of the year I thought perfect timing. I stopped in today ready to mKe the switch! (And with a large deposit in hand). However, today was quite different! I was reluctantly greeted by a lazy banker sitting at her desk who didn't stand up and apparently has no common skills of introducing herself. She started drilling me without a hello, introduction or even a smile. I was clearly putting her out on a Thursday morning. I politely introduced myself which annoyed her. Then when I started to ask questions that she didn't know the answer to she was more annoyed. Clearly ASHLEY, Does not value customers. Little does she know the value of my business that I think would of been appreciated by her manager to obtain. I think she was too busy judging me since I wasn't in a suit or had my designer bag in tow. I guess that's called a young, narrow minded individual. I hope the manager gets this review and takes it to heart. Words of advice, make your staff stand up and greet people, also have them ANSWER questions before drilling someone. What happened to being polite? So sad that's who represents your bank.

I have banked with US bank for about 5 years now and have gravitated towards using this location over the others. There never seems to be too long of a line and the tellers always seem to be more than willing to take the time to answer any questions I have. It is definitely a well managed branch.
