Tiny but mighty store! Lily was very friendly and patient while I struggled to get myself together! I appreciated her professionalism as I was having a rough day. I just needed to return an item that the company I purchased it from made it so difficult to navigate to get the return label!
On another note....they had the cutest keys! I particularly liked the Marilyn Monroe ones but they had lots of other options I have not seen in other stores.

??? google shows open hours but gate is closed with no call button and nobody to answer phone calls to the website number. so confused and such a waste of time!! i went around thinking there might’ve been another entrance but there wasnt. the hours need to be updated correctly…

Lily at the UPS store is always helpful and very pleasant to work with. Even when the store is very busy, she is always smiling. Very hard worker. Thank you, Lily, for all you do.

I would stay away from this location. Horrible access behind gas station, in a storage place. Getting in and out is horrible, parking sucks, inside is old, outdated, and the person working at the counter needs a serious refresher on customer service. I left without shipping my package, I ended up going to another UPS Store, didn't like the personel or how chaotic it seemed.

My go to UPS store when I'm on this side of town. Everyone has always been friendly and I've never had any issues when shipping items out of this location. I also enjoy how this store usually has zero wait. I'm always in and out in under a minute. Can't beat that.

Worst customer service I have ever had. My Amazon return (small plastic envelope) package was not sealed, they charged me to seal the package. Never go there again, no customer integrity.RESPONSE: You clearly do not understand customer service. Blame it on my expectations instead of teaching the staff that if a customer comes in with an unsealed package, seal it and tell the customer "we do charge for this, so please bring the package sealed next time if you want to avoid it". I will not be back, you are untrained and it shows in your staff.

I drive from Murrieta to come to this location. They are not as busy as some of the other stores. It’s a little hidden but worth the drive. The lady that is always there, is friendly, helpful and patient with my shipments and Amazon returns.

Store hours are incorrect in Google. The door shows 530pm and Google shows 600pm. I made it through the gate and am now stuck in a storage complex. The photos do not reflect the location. Fix your deets peeps

This is not a real UPS store. They are locked in a storage unit complex. They don't answer they phone.
