I've received what I've needed. Very friendly employees however they sometimes misplace things and have the place overfilled and disorganized, maybe due to the small space for number of customers average package sizes

They reject reject UPS packages. Then they lie about it. I went there to pick up my package according to my info notice pick up tag that was on my door they looked in the system and they said they had no idea why it hasn't arrived yet on the next day at which UPS said it would arrive. Then I called UPS customer support and UPS customer support says that UPS Store rejected the package because they were too busy. So the employee lie to my face and told me they don't know why it wasn't there when it should have been there. My package that was mission critical is delayed over the weekend. Do not count on your package being delivered to this facility there are other UPS stores and other mailbox stores which are much better and more accountable to their customers

I was waiting in line at store number 5836, worker says 'anybody have a UPS package.' I respond no while also shaking my head no. She then raises her voice and asks again. I say no. Rudely cupping her hand over her mouth like a megaphone, she yells the same question. I respond no, I have a regular package. Ruder, she says, "Let me see it, I can't be yelling up in here. We need to be more efficient. " She points and says "scan your package." So I scan my package and wait for instructions. She then begins to help other people. She looks at me and rudely asks, "Can I help you with anything?" I say yes, my package. She says "leave it on the counter." I say "this is a very expensive piece of equipment and I don't want to just leave it on the counter. By the way, you were very rude to me." Her response, "that's it. I'm calling non emergency services. I wasn't rude." I then said "you were very rude. Call whoever you like."Very disrespectful disgusting behavior.

I will drive across town to avoid dealing with one particular girl there. Take that attitude to Compton where it'll be more appropriate. If you don't want to deal with people, why are you working there?

This UPS store has been great in accepting my wine shipments. The employees have been easy to work with and have even went out of their way to make sure I get my wine. My last shipment came from a carrier that was not UPS. When I learned of this I contacted the store and they took my name, said they would accept the wine shipment and contacted me when it arrived. This type of service earns this store 5 stars in my book. Job well done!

I've come to this store for over a year and used them for regular shipping as well as some Amazon returns. The girl working today is someone I've never encountered before. She stated I would be charged for her to tape up the box with my Amazon return (which I'm perfectly capable of doing myself). I have never been told of any charge for amazon returns here before. She claimed that they are not a UPS Store despite being names as such and that they are privately owned and this is the owner's (Renee?) policy. When told her the location is listed as a UPS store (and clearly named as such) she insisted it is not and told me I had to find another one on Google. Google is how I originally found this UPS Store (which also states it's a UPS Store on the UPS website) and it is clearly identified as a UPS Store. If you have somehow not become a UPS Store you need to update your name or otherwise identify that you are not. If this employee is just lazy, then perhaps she shouldn't be your employee as she's turning away your business.

I run a business and drop off pre labeled packages at many many ups stores throughout the area. No other customers were in the store and we brought the packages to the gentlemen at the counter yesterday and said we did not need a receipt. He made us scan each package, we said “we’ve never had to scan them ourselves” and responded with “I suppose I can scan them” and still proceeded to make us customers scan our packages. We were thoroughly confused as we just drop off and walk away as they scan once we leave. His attitude was terrible.

There were 2 people in store when I entered. Clerk assisting one customer and other waiting for customer being helped. Female comes from back criticizing worker for paper on floor in front of store. I asked who the store manager is and was told that the person doing the criticizing was the manager. For a manager to speak to an employee in front of customers the way she did, was very unprofessional. Instead of her criticism and her cleaning up, she should of taken care of the customers in the store, then talked to her subordinate in private.Didn’t get her name but she is rude and disrespectful to employees and customers!! She needs more training in her position.
