Employees are polite and efficient.
*Edit to add I came in a 2nd time and had the pleasure of dealing with the Manager, Robert B. Hands down the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Efficient, polite, quick, friendly, and made me feel welcomed. Very awesome!!!!

10/10 experience. I went in stressed about getting my paperwork and the gentleman here did everything in his power to help me out. I wish I remembered his name for a personal shoutout but whoever he is, I appreciate his service and kindness! Definitely stop by this UPS!

Great customer service. I was in and out like 5 mins with 4 returns I had. Even helped me with one of my packages that needed the labels put it on the boxes. Like I said before really Great customer service everyone one was friendly and greet you as you come. Definitely coming back thank you guys and I will see you next time

Great place! Staff went above and beyond helping me with my Live Scan. Been going to this location for years and will continue doing so because of how helpful everyone always is. Highly recommend.
