Rude female / male employee that helped me .. immediately when I walked up she glared at me and was very unfriendly . She didn’t know what she was doing .. had a huge attitude and made me very nervous dealing with her .. I won’t be going back to this location .

Robert and the team were very helpful when we had to ship a very large order. They were all so helpful and patient. They went above and beyond to help us. This was one of the best stores I’ve been to.

Rob the manager is amazing. He connects with people, he is kind, patient, efficient, knowledgeable and always attentive.
The girl who helped today was also very helpful and friendly. The staff is all pretty helpful. Great store.

I came to drop off some Amazon returns on sunday, print some documents and ship a package. I was suprised it was busy for a sunday. The girl working alone was quick, efficient and very nice. I recommend this location, it is a little hidden next to 85° bakery and Gourmet Italia.

I made the trip to the store based on your online hours posted. I understand there’s construction per the note on your door, but it would be great if
you updated your hours online so that people (like myself) didn’t waste time making the trip. In that case, I would’ve made other plans.

The customer service is excellent. The employees are always in a good mood and are extremely helpful and efficient and processing returns. I've been coming here for years, and there has not been a single time where I've had a bad experience. Good customer service is hard to find nowadays. I know some customers can be difficult to work with, but the employees at the location in Temecula off Ynez, really know how to interact with customers and handle difficult situations. I know this, because I once saw a disgruntled customer angry about Amazon's return policy, and the employee diffused the situation.
