I'd like to give 5 stars but with the self service kiosk down for so long now, the line to wait for an associate is often not possible for me. Whatever the reason the kiosk is not being fixed..... please reconsider your customers convenience.

Long line to return Amazon item. Automated machine was broken. Staff moves at the speed of molasses. Line went nearly out the door. Staples return is soooo much better.

Not the UPS store I'd recommend going to. Workers there are slow and not helpful. I went there this past weekend and the customer service was awful. Ruby is unable to answer questions and made it unreasonably difficult to ship my package.

Great company do business with good people quality material. They made it very clear to me. They don’t put Home Depot. Those stuff in. They considered junk anyways they did a great job and great warranty.

First and last time at this UPS in Temecula located in Vail Ranch shopping center. Jasmine was EXTREMEY rude and provided horrible customer service. Her tone was unfavorable weak throughout our conversation. Her attitude was negative! The most negative experience I've ever had at a place of business!
