First time at this UPS location, please try to avoid the staff member named Michelle. She is difficult to deal with and tends to complicate things unnecessarily.

Terry has the absolute best customer service! She is kind and patient and extremely efficient. She made sure I was able to get in and out as quickly as possible. Amy is awesome as well, every time I have come in she has greeted me with a smile and is very professional and efficient. Thank you ladies!

The employee was very helpful in assisting me with my return. It was my first time returning something and I was not prepared and she helped me out so I wouldn’t have to leave and come back. She helped me out and made my return an easy task.

I have been a customer at the UPS Store, 31805 Temecula Parkway, for over a decade, and the service has always been exceptional. I have never minded waiting because I know I’m going to receive the same exceptional service as the person ahead of me. Amy and Terry have always made me feel like I’m the only customer who ever walked in. The staff is friendly and efficient, and I have always found them helpful, whether it's for shipping, notary, fingerprinting, or other services. Highly recommend this location.

Lost my mail with critical documents, owner and store employees went dark, no response to my phone calls and emails. The owner will give some erroneous excuse. I just need my critical documents in that package.

Last time using this place shipped to Cula vista today and got over charged $11Walked in the other day to ship over to Massachusetts for $7 same product and same package size and I asked the girl up front why is it more (If there was a reason I wouldn’t mind ) But all she can give me was “OH well maybe because they were shipped closer. Do you want to ship it or no? “ When Cula vista from Temecula is closer than Massachusetts but she obviously didn’t understand probably due to all the girls up front are to busy talking and laughing about a lady’s car that got taken away

I came in to drop a package off and check my business mailbox the staff is always so friendly. They make my experiences always so enjoyable compared to other drop off sites. Thank you again Amy.She truly went above and beyond. Definitely will come back because of her.
