This place is ridiculous and way overpriced. I stopped at this location because I had to make 4 copies and I was charged $2.17. The older blonde lady was extremely rude. The postal annex around the corner next to Bank of America charges 10 cents a copy and everyone is always really friendly . The lady next to me paid $3 for a fax. Absolutely overpriced. Now I know and I will never use this location again.

The blonde lady was so impolite and unhelpful. I waited patiently for several minutes (despite her bad attitude) while the live scan machine booted up. It ultimately didn’t work, so I had to go to another Postal Annex to get the live scan done. The lady had already wrote on the bottom of my live scan form AND covered it with white out! so of course I had to obtain a reprint before I could go to the other place. I can’t be the only one who’s had a bad experience with this Karen behind the counter. I recommend going to the other location down the road by Albertsons.

I didn’t get the names of the two employees but the ladies that helped me with my live scan fingerprints were hands down some of the kindest people in Temecula. They were so helpful and funny throughout the process. I was having a hard time because my body temp was warm but they used every trick in the book to get a perfect scan of my fingertips. Thank you to you both!

The kind ladies that worked there were funny, and professional. They were knowledgeable regarding getting my package to its destination. I definitely would recommend.

Place sucks. Told me on the phone they had a form I needed , drove 1/2 hour to get here and they said they don’t have it. And they rudely spoke in their native language about me.

Always helpful! "Email Store" button on Website doesn't work well. Email or call them directly and they respond quickly.

This is my second time moving this year, and have used this postal annex, and Jamie has always made it so pleasant. Being under stress and walking into Postal Annex, having Jamie with her glowing presence and smile. Always willing to help and make it less Stressful for me; as this is so refreshing. Whoever hired Jamie, knows what they’re doing, she’s a gem!

The lady was a very rude,didn't bother to look for the package that was ACCEPTED there before looking at the label only after to reject it.. accept then reject so updates can't be made for the customer,way to use logic. Upon reading other reviews it's a wonder how they aren't fired. I get it same issues all day every day but damn show some respect, no need to act "too good" to do a job that you get payed for.

WOW! Got live scanned here to submit my real estate application by a woman here named Jaime. I got a letter months later stating the FBI rejected my live scan due to the employee entering the wrong title. I went in today to re do it. I told Jaime that it got rejected due to entering the wrong title. She literally SCREAMED in my face that it wasn't her fault, the fbi does this all the time and she did everything she was suppose to. She wouldn't even read the letter they sent!!!!!!!!!! I asked her to please lower her voice as I'm paying for a service and I am extremely frustrated, her yelling didn't help the situation. She went over to the computer to type in all my information. She then very condescendingly asked me to check the info. I said ma'am you need to put a space on real estate she put the title as realestate... Long story short, do NOT GO HERE FOR A LIVE SCAN. If it gets rejected she will blame everyone but herself. UNREAL!! If you hate your job so much please quit. Not fair to paying customers to be treated like trash.

The NICEST employees ever. I always dread going to the post office or ups because the employees are always miserable. Thank goodness for this postal annex. Love them! Always willing to help kindly!
