Me and my bf were in here when we were called to get home for an emergency asap. Our bike would not start and they would not help us at all. They would rather watch my boyfriend bump start it on a busy highway during traffic. It was insane and he is lucky to be alive.

I just had a LOVELY experience with Kathleen, the night manager or at least at this time. She told me to hold on one minute, didn’t offer to get someone else to help me….15 minutes later I find help. Finally go to make my purchase and the poor, sweet cashier didn’t know how to process my vaccine purchase. Tried to call a manager, endless rings, no answer. My boyfriend was waiting in the car and said he was literally just watching a huddle of managers in the parking lot so I hunt them down and suddenly have 5 employees fixing one problem. I see why service is slow if it takes 5 employees to deal with one transaction. Kathleen nearly raised her voice at me defending herself….garbage manager, but the rest of the workers were so awesome. The saving grace.

I wasn't able to buy a trailer because no one the store was "authorized" but someone replied to my 1 star review and apologized for thier rookie mistake.

Been going here for about 10 months since I moved to Temecula. Everytime Ive been there service has been awesome. Staff is fantastic and they really know their products(if they dont they get someone who does). I manage a 100 plus person staff at work and I know what good management and staff looks like...I recommend.

Called to buy a trailer. Asked woman if they install tow hitches for an suv and she put me on hold to ask if anyone knows. After a long hold, she said nobody knows. They lost an expensive purchase...i will go elsewhere....lousy customer service.

Temecula, won’t even answer their phone. The keep sending you to the Hemet. Location!!!!!??? Every tractor supply in the USA is offering a steak deal of 20 steaks for $40.00Temecula and Hemet locations act like the left the brain at home. I guess they can afford to lose customers?!?

This location was big and clean. I didn't go during chick season, so that excitement wasn't there. However, the staff was helpful in explaining things and the shelves were fully stocked. I went in there looking for clearance holiday ornaments, but the place was already picked clean.

Customer service is fantastic (that's why the 3 stars). Always friendly and helpful. However, this store does a inadequate job of stocking items they say they carry. On many occasions, I am looking for an item and they are either out of stock or only one left when I need more than one item. Also, don't believe their web site for the store. When it says on the web site, 1 or 2 items left, you go to the store, and they have been out of that item for a while. Very frustrating. It is worth traveling a few extra miles to Home Depot. I have never found Home Depot to be out of stock of an item, especially when they say they have it on their web site. This store needs to step up their inventory processes. I asked a clerk about this issue, and they said, it's just their system. I don't blame the people that work there (like I said, they are fantastic and work with what they have been given or told), it's either their management and/or Tractor Supply policies on restocking and keeping their web site current.

How about my chicken feed my mealworms various other things for the maintenance of my chickens. Good products. Good variety. Good prices. Good store for farm farm animals and they also have veterinarian supplies to care for your sick animals

Great service, good prices and excellent verity of products. Staff is s always helpful. Their pricing is lower and competitive with Amazon in most cases. Hours are late enough I don't have to rush when I get off work. They help me help my horses.

Brian at tractor supply has been an amazing employee and very helpful with all of his information and education in reference to propane and general information about the store. This gentleman should be a manager or receive a pay raise as it is hard to find a good employee that wants to help customers. Thank you Brian

I’ve been here 6 times they have one cashier. Waiting for ever to get checked out. Had 7 people behind me cashier starts ringing up people in front of register with there mobile order. After 15 min I ask do you think you could call another cashier she looks at the line and says I don’t think we have anyone that can check she then asks for a checker to come up front two employees come up to ring customs up ?♂️ every single time. Poor management.
