Josh is one of the most honest and trustworthy guys in the business. I sold a truck to him earlier in 2024 with ease!
Since that process was so easy I decided to come back when I was ready to trade in my car for a bigger family vehicle. I still had Josh’s number from selling the truck, I shot him a text asking if he had any vehicles that seat 7/8 people, within my price range and he sent me the perfect one! I went down there, took it for a test drive, and bought my 2011 Chevy suburban super easy! I highly recommend this place and Josh specifically! Thank you guys! I know I’ll be back!

Bought a car from these guys for 20,000. Was not expecting to spend another 7000 to get the car rolling safely. Mike and Glen will say the car is good as new and they take care of their cars… don’t believe it and save yourself money and time. I mean, why would you tell your customers all the fluid has been flushed out and have been maintained if it wasn’t? They lie and they are proud of it almost seems like. Don’t get fooled by the nice lady up front. I won’t lie she was super nice but the cars are dog water

they sold me a car at market value that had transmission and clutch problems.
sales rep wouldn't even go on the test drive with me, and they were not negotiating the price down.
parts were missing, like the cabin air filter, and there was evidence that rats had lived in the engine air filter compartment.
battery connection was corroded to hell and I had to get that replaced as well.
i do not recommend this dealership.

When my wife was online searing for used cars, she came across Top Notch Auto. She told me about the great reviews, so it was obvious we had to start there. Well, the reviews were not wrong, Graham, Josh and Mike are over there crushing it!!! They weren't pushy, and allowed me the time to determine which vehicle was best for me. I was so happy with the selection that I ended up purchasing 2 cars. If you're doing a trade-in as well, you're gonna get top dollar!!! My experience was 100% enjoyable and couldn't recommend these guys enough!!!

So Awesome and Elated. My wife and I are BMW enthusiasts, we’ve owned BMW since 1997 and gone through several models (i.e. 3 series, 5 series, M series). We’ve been searching for mint condition Z4 Sdrive 3.0i. and specifically alpine white with black interior. Top Notch had this exact model. We met with Josh Welton and let me tell you, he’s personable, honest and welcoming. As much experience we’ve had with BMWs, I can tell you Top Notch has quality cars and their reputation to back this up. We purchased the BMW Z4 knowing that it is in excellent condition and Josh is a salesman with honesty and integrity. Buying a used car is a risky venture but when we encountered Josh and Top Notch dealership, our reservations was dismissed and like I said Awesome and Elated! Thanks again Josh.

Top Notch Auto is not your typical small used car dealership. When I purchased my truck from them they were so helpful in making sure it was the right fit. Mike is an amazing salesperson and is not pushy at all. He even offered to stay late in the event that I needed to come in when they were about to close. He wanted to make sure I had everything I needed for my purchase. I definitely recommend these guys if you're in the market for a used vehicle. All of their cars and trucks are in great shape, very clean and priced right. They know what they're doing!!

These guys were amazing! I drove up from San Diego to purchase my Range Rover I called and and let them know I'd make it a few minutes before closing! They stayed, let me test drive the car made sure it's what I wanted and within an hr I was out of there! Thanks to Mike he was a huge help and made the process quick and painless! I'd also like to thank the admin she was very kind as well! They all were, so if you're thinking about buying a new car definitely go these guys they'll take care of you for sure!

This was long distance classic car purchase for me. I didn't see the car until it was delivered to TN. The car exceeds my expectations and Naryssa was a great help during the evaluation process. I received additional videos and pics along with answers to many questions. I highly recommend doing business with this dealer. They are Top Notch.
