The whole process was very overwhelming and at times it seemed unreachable, however Nick made everything so easy and was with me the whole way through thank you for all your hard work on making my dream of being a home owner come true there were times I almost gave up but you got it done for use and we closed in less than 3 weeks. Nick Dexter was quite literally a God send to my husband and I on our home buying journey. We were initially working with another individual when a friend referred us to him and ensured us we would not be able to find someone who could get us a better interest rate than Nick. Our friend was right! Nick Dexter got us such a better rate than we hear some people are getting right now. It was literally the difference of us getting into a home or not. He was patient with both of our questions and helped explain each part of the process to us in detail as we are first time home buyers. Whenever we needed to get a hold of him he was a phone call away. Even over the weekend while he was attending a concert. We have already recommended him to our friends and will continue to refer him to anyone we know in the market for a home.

Being a first time homebuyer and not knowing anything, nick was extremely helpful. Going into detail with everything and any questions we had were answered on the spot also giving information that was pertinent that we didn't know, we paid way less then what was originally quoted. He's very well informed on how to process the VA Loan. Had multiple options from the beginning with a plan for everything made buying a home a breeze.

Buying a home for the first time is a daunting experience. This is something that seemed like an impossible accomplishment to me only a few years ago. I feel so fortunate that we reached out to Nick Dexter when we were ready to start the search for our first home. Nick helped us with everything from start to finish and made it very easy. His friendly demeanor, personal approach and can do attitude is a breath of fresh air and made our home buying experience a much more pleasant one than it would have been otherwise. I cannot express my gratitude to Nick and his team for everything they did to help me purchase my new home. I reside in Santa Barbara County and I was a bit hesitant working with a company so far away. Let me tell you it was the best experience and the best choice to work with Nick. Nick was very hands on when he sent a document for my viewing he also sent a text to call him so we could go over the document together to make sure I fully understood it. Nick was able to lock me into a good rate hours before they went up. He was truly with me from beginning to end and after congratulating me when closing. Let me also add we closed 2 weeks early. Nick was great! We went through several offers and a few escrows (seller issues) and he stayed with us. He provided guidance, answered our questions and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Once we found our forever home, he explained the different options available and helped us choose the best one. Our escrow closed on the scheduled date, with the exact terms he quoted, and we couldn’t be happier.

You hit the lottery when you work with Nick Dexter! Being a realtor it’s important to make sure you have the best options for your clients. Unfortunately a lot of Realtors use the same guy from the office or the lender they have been using for years, not knowing they could save their clients a lot money and get them a better interest rate. Nick is all about the client and about making sure they have an amazing experience in the process of buying a home. I have sent over numerous of people to him and they are always shocked at what he has to offer and what he could do for each of them.As of today, August 22 I have my client closing on his dream home this Friday. It’s been a smooth transaction for me and my clients. Contingencies were removed very early, two weeks. This is also a concurrent transaction, meaning we had to close on my buyers home first to close this one Friday. I got to see the difference when the buyers with the other agent had a different lender. Best way for me to compare would be a Honda to a Ferrari.
