This place is where you want to go for your reptiles. 100% hands down. I've recently adopted my third reptile from them. my coworkers combined have gotten 6 others. Every single one has been healthy, without parasites, well socialized and a beautiful display for that species. The staff is amazing, polite, will take their time answering your questions to make sure you're getting a good fit for your lifestyle. Couldn't ask for a better reptile store in this day.

We Love coming here! Madigan is amazing and always shows the kids snakes, geckos, turtles, and POSIDON!!! Y’all have to come see the store resident… he’s the largest we’ve ever seen! Very knowledgeable and experienced for all pet needs.

This place is awesome but I wish they had more animals for the beginning hobbyist. It seems like the majority of what they carry is for more experienced hobbyists and alot of the animals are very expensive. I'm sure there are people out there that would pay $5,000 for a lizard, but I'd like to see more low end options. I appreciate the incredible knowledge that these guys have -- much better than LLL or the Pet_____ chains, but they're missing out on people just entering the hobby with too many expensive and designer animals. JMHO.

These guys are so epic. I love coming here. I could buy frozen feeders in bulk but I'd rather go there once a week or so than not. I love monitor lizards and like to say hi to them every time. This guy is my favorite he's so nice

I took my son in to get a new pet. The staff was amazing. Walked him through the steps of caring for it. Answered all of his questions with a smile.I love going to a place and seeing people that are happy to be doing thier jobs.He walked out with a pet ball python.

I went to the Arizona Reptile Expo in late 2021 and found this beautiful ball python that The Reptile Shop was selling. I wasn’t able to go home with him due to financial constraints but every single day after I left the expo I thought of that animal. Well it’s now March of 2022 and I had the money so I thought I’d see if they still had him. Turns out they did only he’s bigger and more beautiful now. I was emailing with Johnny who was so helpful and answered all of my questions quickly. The box my snake was shipped in was well insulated with styrofoam and newspaper and he’s warming up well in his new home! He looks pretty healthy and I’m gunna take him for a wellness exam and nidovirus and IBD testing at my local exotic animal hospital to make sure he’s okay but I’m super happy with my new family member and I’m grateful for The Reptile Shop and their staff for everything they’ve done and for producing such a beautiful animal!
Update: a year and some change later and he’s a very healthy happy adult, tested negative for everything and is my least problematic reptile! He’s got the demeanor of a puppy and he’s not head shy at all! I love my boy! They did a wonderful job working with him before I got him and do immaculate work in keeping their enclosures in tip top shape promoting overall animal health! The reptile community is lucky to have this shop and it’s employees! Thank you guys!!
