We checked into the inn at Europa.. We were under the impression that it was complete, and all the renovations were done . Well, they are not ... so make sure you double triple check. the hill in which they currently have the rooms is on the other side of the main area. It is a lot closer to c'est la vie tasting room, which was very nice. We enjoyed the tasting there, however the tasting on the other side of property, Bolero came up a little bit short on delivering what we were looking for they do not carry a Chardonnay, and they were completely out of their Cabernets. Because the property is under construction it really had that feel of being under construction . But I always like to make the most of it so the day was beautiful. We enjoyed our coffee outside on the patio. The lobby area to the rooms was very nice and decorated with a beautiful Christmas tree. There is lots of parking everywhere. We did not see any dogs. I don't believe it's a dog friendly property but I could be wrong you would have to call.It see me as though the property was a little short on staff members . It was a nice touch to have a sparkling wine in our room when we checked in. I do believe we will give Europa another go when they are completely finished with their renovations .

We have just enjoyed two nights in the 'Cabernet Suite' at The Inn. The room was beautifully appointed and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast in the Bolero restaurant was delicious. But dinner shared with friends on Sunday night was simply superb. We enjoyed exquisite food including shrimppork belly, fish, steak, and desserts The BEST margarita ever!

This winery is a great place to getaway for the weekend, or just come for the afternoon and hang out. You're not too far from the main area of temecula, but you still feel removed from everything. The staff is great, friendly and accommodating. The food is pretty good. I recommend the Paella but make sure you ask for it extra crispy on rhe bottom. If you're gonna taste wine look for the guy who's bald and has a beard. He's down to earth, honest, but knows A LOT about wine. We had some initial problems with our room but the staff were more than accommodating, and I couldn't have asked for more given the busy weekend. The only gripe I have is with the king room (not in the pictures), it's REALLY small, so if you're going to be here for more then 1 night I recommend opting for a larger room. We ended up upgrading to the junior suite (Cabernet Sauvignon room) and it was very nice. Being able to sit outside in the morning and enjoy coffee, and then have a cigar with wine in the evening, was really nice.

tldr; Don't assume anything here and double check what you are getting if you book hereOh, where to start? I really wish I had done a little more research before booking here. My wife and I came here looking for a beautiful escape, but that was not what we received. It started with the check-in process, you check in near the onsite restaurant. While I admit we got there slightly before the check-in time of 4pm, we were told we would be called when our room is ready. Come 415 no one had called us and other people where there getting checked in. During the process of finally checking the receptionist(?) starting talking to other staff for several minutes before finishing the process. After checking-in you drive through the gravel parking lot, across another street and up a steep driveway to a picturesque villa (we will come back to this later). From the parking lot, you have an amazing view of the wine country and into the valley. There is a beautiful courtyard and a bellhop offered to help us with our minimal luggage. So far so good!Until we get into our room...The room is roughly the size of a shoebox taken up almost exclusively by the bed with a poop ton of extra pillows on it. There was a closet with 5 hangers in it. There was no dresser, the night stands were occupied by the "mini bar" or junk you could buy one side the phone on the other. There was a very small table with a Keurig on it taking up the only other flat surface in the room. In short there was no where to actually put our stuff. In addition to the this, the jetted bath looked like it had been there since the 80s and unless you were over 6 feet tall it would be a challenge to get in and out of. In addition, most of the light fixtures in the room had some form of flickering bulb so thankfully neither of us is epileptic. That is okay, we have stayed in some small B&Bs in our day and can make due living out of our suitcases for a couple days. At least the room was relatively clean aside from the cracking bathtub. That was until we looked outside. Our "vineyard" view was essentially a view of a privacy wall made of hedges with a side walk that the staff was constantly walking back and forth across.Unlike the pictures shown of the inn, this patio was a joke. Instead of a luxurious patio, it was a little triangle with the chairs and table shoved into the corner. Unfortunately they were supposedly all booked up and we could not switch our rooms, even though we saw a room that was unused during our stay...It is fine we will make the most of it. The common areas of the inn are nice a well apportioned and we were glad to be able to check them out, since no one told us about them when we checked-in!!! The whole place looked like a villa or B&B that was converted into whatever it is now. The dining room had a long table, there was a kitchen that was being used to store linens, there was a refrigerator for water bottles. We were never really sure it the fridge was accessible to guests or not since there was no fridge in the room. Most of the rooms connected to this main living area, except for our room and one other room. This is when it dawned on us, we were literally sleeping in the servants quarters of the estate!I will say the outside was gorgeous and had beautiful views, comfortable furniture and a gas firepit. There was a deck beyond a bunch of caution tape and orange cones with a hot tub in it. I assume that at some point in the past this area was guest accessible. They also had some hammock stands (without hammocks) blocking this area off.I get the impression at some point this place was a full on bed and breakfast. If it was breakfast might have been something to write home about. The included breakfast is a $20 voucher for food in the restaurant. Even if salt was not the predominate flavor of the restaurant, and even if $20 cover a meal and a coffee there it would not be worth it. That drive to get to the inn is the same one you have to take to get your breakfast.

What can I say it was definitely a beautiful place to spend the weekend at. We were here for a wedding that was held down at Bolero Winery. The inn isn't too far but can be a hassle if you're going back and forth between the winery and inn. They offer a golf cart ride between the two or you can drive down. But best to be prepared and have everything you need before going to either spot. Very lovely place.Side note bathroom toilet paper at inn is single ply, but at the public restrooms at Bolero they use double.

Our recent stay 10/6-10/8 was the opposite of romantic and relaxing. The check in location is at Europa Village main building which is next to the Bolero restaurant. Our room was located out of the driveway, up the road and thru a small windy road of the vineyard. The views are nice but not spectacular. We stayed in the Muscato Canelli room. Very outdated. There is no where to store clothing other than a closet. There is not enough outlets. The a/c unit is very loud. The bathroom had a very old spa tub that is super slippery when trying to step into it. If you have bad knees, this is def not a user friendly bathroom. The toilet is really low and not conservation friendly. The beds are older mattresses, they creak and have divots. Not the most restful. One small night stand and small table. The tv does not get regular tv. So make sure you remember your passwords for the Netflix/Disney/etc. log out when you leave. Website says dog friendly, but only if it's a service animal (emotional support does not count). You will be hounded about the liability form if not filled out at check in. No one mentioned the gnat problem because of the heat. Our room had tons (no lie) of them. We called the front desk and the young lady said it's been a problem. A heads up at check in would have been appreciated here. They offered to spray the bathroom with raid and then you can use the lavender & sage pillow spray to kill the raid smell. No thanks! There dish soap in a dish from maintenance did nothing to attract them. We caught more gnats using a little wine at the bottom of an empty bottle to control the population. The morning we left, heard a blow dryer being used and then boom! No more power in our room. After about 5 mins, the breaker was reset somewhere. There is a small office at the Inn. We tried to turn in keys to our room there, the employee said "I could take them here but since you are driving down the road anyways you can turn in keys at the front office by Bolero" . Location to all the dog friendly wineries was good. Bolero restaurant had an ok breakfast. Servers very very nice. Just some things to think about before booking.

I feel like I was tricked by creative photography. The Inn is neither here nor there and it's pretty weird. Check in & out is inconvenient having to go down the street to the Bolero. It's basically a random large house on a hill with no amenities. The room was nice enough, but there were a ton of fruit flies in the bathroom. The hot tub wasn't working and there was caution tape all around due to landscape planting. We were give a note upon checkin that this was the case. For the price I would definitely stay at Ponte or South Coast. I wouldn't trust the 5 star reviews.

For 300 plus a night, we got a room that was barely furnished, no dresser, no fridge, and a very old creaky bed that made sleeping very noisy and uncomfortable. Nothing like what was pictured on their website. We got the sip and stay package and were provided with what I thought would be a bottle of red wine but instead were given some off brand sparkling wine instead. No tv channels were available either. In the morning we wanted to enjoy breakfast on the balcony but there was a septic tank truck working early in the morning and the entire room and balcony reeked of sewage. The fire pit outside had the gas valve key but nothing to ignite the rock pit with. The staff was timid and not helpful. I told reception that staying at The Inn sucked and she did not bother to inquire as to why our experience was bad. Overall for the money we paid, the stay was not luxurious or convenient in any way. Not worth it and won’t stay here again.

I dislike leaving a bad review... but I wish someone had reported this before we checked in here. Ugh!!! So disappointing. We thought this was going to be a fabulous place to stay at for our birthdays, but after one night we checked out. The bed was mush... aching backs the next morning. Bedpost broken at the foot of the bed. Very stark decor. No rugs, no mats for the sinks, No view but of a cement entryway. Television was down... they apologized. Okay if you had apple. The toilet belongs in a kindergarten classroom; you better be able to do deep knee bends. Such a bummer. But we do love their restaurant and food. Let's get this fixed Europa...

Anyone looking to stay at The Inn please call and ask if there will be construction right outside your room before booking. We booked our stay weeks in advance for this weekend. Paid for the vineyard view to be able to sit out on the patio and just enjoy the peace and quite. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. Instead we got to see and hear guys working and heavy machines running our whole stay. Defeated the purpose of our stay. I'm giving one star because we not told that there will be construction right outside our patio, so we couldn't even have our door open. The staff was great, they where polite and helpful when we needed advice on where to go because we couldn't take the noise in our room. A+ to the staff. Also, A+ to the food in the restaurant. One of the best meals I've had in years. Our waiter was attentive, polite, funny, and all around delight to be around. But the issue was no communication about our room. We would moved our trip to a later time or looked else where, but thats probably why they didn't tell us before we arrived and checked in.

Enjoyed our visit. Spanish, Italian, and French wines (preferred the Spanish wines). Breakfast was fantastic - Bolla con salsa is highly recommended. Our room was okay, bed was noisy when sitting or laying down. Construction ongoing during the week.

Our stay at Europa was perfect. The staff was wonderful and helped us feel completely at home. Walking into the Inn felt like walking into your living room, if your living room had a fireplace and vineyard views. My mom and I especially loved sitting by the fireplace and drinking tea at night and having our coffee in the morning from the fully equipped coffee bar. It was cozy and homey while still being modern and chic with beautiful furniture and coffee table books all about the Temecula Wine region. The views were absolutely stunning; we could see the rolling hills of the vineyard right from the window while we sipped our coffee, since the inn was perfectly situated on top of a hill.We loved our room. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had a small terrace surrounded by cypress trees and a stunning courtyard that looked out into the vineyard. We loved the Jacuzzi tub and we already miss the amazing robes. The thing that made our stay the most memorable though was the staff at Europa. We were so well taken care of by the property manager, Joe, who helped us with whatever we needed, always with a smile on his face. Zach, Jordan, and Julie were also extremely kind and attentive to us during our stay. The staff at the restaurant at Europa called Bolero, including Chase, were wonderful and served us the most delicious food. We are still dreaming about the brown sugar bacon from the included breakfasts we had during our stay. The breakfast vouchers were an amazing perk, especially because the food was amazing. Betsy and Charity gave us the most beautiful wine tasting experience at the tasting room and never let our cups stay empty. The staff really took us in, and we had never been so sad to leave a hotel. We will certainly be back and we would recommend The Inn at Europa to anyone who wants to really feel what a true vacation getaway should feel like!

Overall, this winery restaurant is an absolute gem. The combination of incredible Spanish cuisine, perfectly paired wines, and top-notch service made for an unforgettable dining experience. I can't recommend it highly enough and can't wait to come back and enjoy it all over again!
