The customer service at the Temecula location was terrible. Danielle sold us the vehicle. She was sure to call us multiple times during the decision making process. Yet, when the car was officially purchased and was getting ready for 'delivery', the communication was lacking. My husband had to go into the store to see what was going on with the delivery as the app wasn't clear. He tried to reach out prior but wasn't getting an answer. We understand people get busy but, a quick text of: I'll get back to you as soon as I am able, would have been nice. When he got there and asked about it she said: you can go get it. He asked for a mobile charger (she stated earlier that he could come by whenever as they had plenty in stock) and they/she said "sorry, we're too busy right now". ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! This is how you treat someone whom just purchased a vehicle? We were not given any information regarding the charging promotion and how that worked. We expressed that we would likely have to get an Uber to Carlsbad to pick up the vehicle. They couldn't have cared less how we got the car. Just that they sold one. The Carlsbad location is very nice. We had no issues with the customer service there. I will say that Tesla themselves make the process of getting a vehicle pretty seamless. We are happy with the car just not with this location.

I had the WORST Experience If I could give them a ZERO star I would!!! This morning I took in my 2021 M3P to get fixed due to the latest update my car stoped working ALL my cameras STOPPED working, navigation and cruise control. Keep in mind before this "UPDATE" my car was working perfectly. So they said they can do a hard reset to see if it fixes it and that is $220 and if that doesn't work then it's the computer that needs to be replaced that's $2400 ummmm this is a huge safety concerns, which they don't give two shits for safety I told her the concerns I had of my cameras not working and she goes what did you do with your other cars that didn't have backup cameras " very rude". Still don't understand how that I do an Tesla update and it crashes my computer and now I have to pay for it!!!!! I Don't recommend this place just horrible.

DO NOT GET YOUR SERVICE DONE HERE. Worst experience! I bought my Model 3 a MONTH ago. I had to take it in to get serviced for rattling noise in the back seat as well as hubcap noise. I went to pick it up at the end of the day to see that they ripped my steering wheel. I didn't even leave the parking lot yet, so I informed the service advisor that helped me, Reina. I asked if I was going to get charged for the wheel and she assured me that I wasn't. The next day I received an estimate for $1,200! They expected me to pay for the new wheel to be replaced even though their employees are the ones that damaged it. I bought the car BRAND NEW and to get it back torn, I was upset! I drove 45 minutes to Temecula and spoke to service manager Victor who was very rude and being a smart aleck. Without hesistation he instantly told me No that they weren't going to fix it. Then when I told him that Reina said I wasn't going to get charged he said " She told me she never said that". I was completely dumbfounded and upset that she would lie about that. All I wanted was my steering wheel to be fixed but they were not being cooperative whatsoever. On top of that all the ORIGINAL issues I brought it in for are still happening. They completely wasted my time. This not only makes me not want to go back to this location but also makes me doubt Tesla's capabilites with their employees. There are many reviews who complain about this location so PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU GO!!

I had an exceptional car buying experience with Tesla! From the moment I stepped into the showroom, Victor provided personalized attention and was extremely knowledgeable about their vehicles. He patiently answered all my questions and guided me through the various options available. He continued to answer any follow up questions until I finally ordered my car. This level of care and dedication truly sets Tesla apart and makes them my first choice for future car purchases.

Apparently there is an limit on how many water you have per this Tesla Serve Rep that looks weird with Long hair. He said that I can have only take 1 water bottle. Very unprofessional and there were no signs posted with limit of water.Only reason that I can think of his behavior towards me was due to my skin color.

This place is full of liars and unprofessional mechanists ! Tesla is great car but running services by these crooks are wasted !!! Installed the tow hitch then the 7 pin connector didn't work they told me that they have to replace a computer module to get it running but it will take 3 months for waiting list ! They never inspected the work before released it to customers and blamed it on the software instead they totally didn't installed the cable for the 7 pin connector by assuming that I will never needed it ! Nightmare ! Avoid coming to this sh..t place !

I like scheduling service by app. I wish wait for appointments was shorter. Got estimate. Given Uber credit. My son got a snack from the wait area. Job was done far below estimate. It makes me feel like I can trust them.

I want to thank both Danielle and Tim in sales for their value-added customer service. They both went beyond the call of duty with an issue regarding my 6 year free charging promotion. I know they both worked extremely hard behind the scenes for a positive outcome and they succeeded. They are both a diamond in the rough and truly an asset Tesla corporate. Our car is getting older and the future is looking to electric cars so we went to test drive three models, S, Y & X. They were all awesome in different ways. The instant speed is amazing. I love the spacious feel in the cab in Y & X, but loved the 2nd row seat button-press-movement/recline mechanism in the X. We will purchase one in the future, but probably used as their costs seem a little pricey.

Yes I went here for an upgrade to my Model X. Yes it was a $2,500 service. Gilbert was amazing. You can tell certain people know how to communicate well and know what they are talking about. I went in for an MCU 2 upgrade and charge port servicing. They fixed both items and also replaced the screen behind the steering wheel which had some LCD leaking across the top. That was totally unexpected and included for free! Very very cool. Shoots Gilbert!

The worst service center I have ever had in the 6 years I had my Tesla, no loaner car had my car for 2 days no update, no technician has been assigned to vehicle yet they keep telling me. A manager will reach out and I received no calls yet. I have 4 kids I hope I hear from someone tomorrow I can’t go to work, my kids go back to school Tuesday. Just horrible. This service center is the worst in California for sure. I had so many great experiences with Tesla over the years but this service center need to be restructured.

My 2021 Model 3 randomly got a terrible squeak from the front control arms. It was a pain to drive. I scheduled my appointment in the Tesla app and Temecula was able to get me in in 4 days vs 3 weeks with Carlsbad Tesla. Gilbert was extremely helpful. He assisted me in free Uber voucher to get me all the way back to Oceanside! Thank you Gilbert! Also want to say thank you to Dustin, the Foreman technician. He was very knowledgeable & set me up to have both front control arms replaced... FREE OF CHARGE! Highly recommend Temecula Tesla Service.
