Had a 2019 RAV4 on the lot we drove up to test drive but someone purchased it before we got there from San Diego, it was upsetting, however, we ended up purchasing a 2021 Subaru at the same price as the RAV4, and they discounted it about $4,000.00 to make it happen! That's way cool and we love the Subaru!

Did not have a favorable experience last time, but this time definitely made up for it. Called and was able to get in that afternoon. My service tech Emilio, was outstanding .kept me updated and notified me when my vehicles was finished. the exact type of service you would hope to get, is what I received this trip.

Always the best service! I would leave 10 stars if I could!
1. No waiting to check in (almost never)
2. Nice waiting area (they use to serve donuts to go with your coffee) Coffee, water and Tea
3. Respectful technicians and managers always!
4. Always a great price compared to other Toyota dealers
5. I wish they would bring back the "Free" carwashes after every car service. That was wonderful! We get a "voucher" which can be pretty handy but not the same.
6. Great communization system through Text and calls if necessary.
Thank you to whoever owns this dealership! I love it!
I drive an hour when I could go to Redlands 12 minutes from me but I just can't do that to my beloved Corolla!

Went in for front brakes and rotors thinking it would take all day just from past experiences with other Toyota services. However, only took roughly 2 hours before my car was ready. Fast, efficient and friendly. I would recommend Temecula Toyota to all my Toyota/lexus drivers.

I took my truck here to be serviced for oil change, everyone was so professional and cheerful, I'm like 35 minutes away from the dealership, but I had coupon, so I went there, plus this is where I bought my truck from( Temecula Toyota) it was worth the wait, they promised 1 hour, and it was so, i will go here again. Great team work Temecula Valley Toyota.
