Been going to John for over 20 years, my adult kids go to him as well, he is an honest professional and has always done a great job for us! Oh and BTW, we have never been audited! Lol

John is our go to guy that is extremely knowledgeable! We always feel comfortable sending our taxes in since he's very honest and thorough. Used to live close by and now we travel over an hour just to use their services. Would highly recommend!

Really disappointed that this company dropped the ball with my return. Filed my taxes with them on 3/2/22. They emailed me and told me they were having trouble opening the documents. I emailed it a different way and called them the next business morning to pay what I owed for the service and was told they would be sent out on Friday. I emailed them today 3/28 and was told it was never sent out because they still couldn't open the documents but they never called or emailed me to tell me that.

Had an appointment on March 12,2022 at 7 pm with John received a email confirmation that said if I needed to cancel to do in 2 days. Showed up to my appointment at 6:45 left my 9 month old with a baby sitter and by 7:30 I was not see by John nor was I told by his reception that he was running late. I worked for a CPA office in Irvine and we booked appointments by income. We would booked for hour and had a 30 min buffer as a just in case the appointment ran over. If they knew this person was going to take long they should've gave them a longer appointment time. John never reached back out to offer his apologies or anything. Used him for years but will not go back.

I have to compliment John Hadjis over at JCH for your taxes and his brother. They are both fabulous guys, and really work with you. I was in dire need of help when my husband died a few years ago and was trying to figure assets, etc. They were a pure joy to work with, and the job done right.

John and his office of professionals, never lets us down. It's been years , but the minute we called this office, we were greeted with friendly and professional people who answered questions relating to past tax years. He hasn't forgotten us. JCH TAX GROUP MESSED UP MY TAXES, DO NOT GET YOUR TAXES DONE HERE, these people mailed my 1040 to the wrong irs address and caused me 4-6 weeks delay and headache, very rude people I have never felt so embarrassed or disappointed in a business. I put my trust in them to handle my taxes professionally but they did not do that at all and did not address my issues. A lot of my questions to them about simple tax questions were "I don't know" or "I'm not sure" they obviously don't know what they are doing over there. I would definitely NOT recommend this place. They are not interested in helping you, they only care about collecting their over priced fees. Very unprofessional service needs better customer service and communication.
