I had an issue with my Navigation system after a firmware update that caused the entire AVN to stop working properly. No navigation, no access to climate controls, no cellphone control, nothing worked. The Manager, Carlos had the car inspected and agreed that there was an issue that was not of my own doing. They worked to get the entire AVN system replaced "free of charge"!! My car is out of warranty so this was huge since the replacement part is not cheap at all! Within a few days they had everything approved and set up, brought the car in and within a couple of hours the system has been completely replaced and working properly! Thank you Carlos, Nicky, Steven and the service technicians that did the work on my car!Great service, professional, friendly and timely! I highly recommend bringing your car to Temecula Hyundai!!

I had a great experience at Hyundai Temecula! Danny and Dean helped me purchase my car. They were very thorough, patient, kind, and understanding. I was always skeptical of going to a dealership. But these guys were really nice. James was upfront about everything. It was a smooth purchase with no hidden costs or tricks. I was done in half an hour. I really appreciate their honesty. I do recommend Temecula Hyundai if you are looking for great customer service.

My husband and I had a great experience at Temecula Hyundai! We've been to several Hyundai dealerships in the area, and this one is the best one! We've been looking for an SUV for a long time and we've been patient to wait for the right one. The sales team is phenomenal! Ryan stayed in touch with us for months. Great guy! Chris followed up with us (my husband liked his suspenders haha) Adriano is very attentive, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable about the Palisade. He truly went above and beyond for us! He made sure we were happy with every decision and every detail. And my husband likes his shoes. Haha! Alex (General Sales Mgr) helped us with a great deal! Great guy as well! Chris in finance was excellent! At first, we dreaded the finance part because it usually takes so long. But he's impressively quick and fully thorough, saw every detail, very efficient, and very kind! We highly recommend Temecula Hyundai for anyone looking for a Hyundai AND top notch service!

Huge shoutout to Moe, Chris, Joann, & Ryan! The team at Temecula Hyundai went above & beyond to provide me with the ultimate car buying experience. From the trade in process all the way through finance, I felt like I could trust these guys to get me the best deal. Moe was very thorough, answering all of my questions and setting me up with the app. Chris ensured I got the most for my trade in and really took the time to present me with the best options for a new vehicle . Leo and Dean went above and beyond expectations.I was coming from such horrible experiences with other dealerships and the moment I step foot into Temecula Hyundai..The environment, atmosphere and the people that work there alone was already such a huge difference from the other ones.Leo and Dean are so unbelievably kind, personable, charismatic, honest and patient. I truly wouldn't recommend any other place more.My previous experiences had not been good and I was becoming so stressed out from those experiences that my family got to the dealership way before me while I was at work to try and get the first half of looking at cars down. I got there hours later after work to decide on the couple cars my family were able to bring it down to and of course me being decisive, I couldn't make a decision.I was comparing little things, colors etc and Leo was so incredible and efficient he had so much patient IN THE HEAT walking back and forth, willingly on his own bringing out other cars to make sure I was happy. Dean kept also coming out and making sure me and my family were okay and was so helpful to even answer any questions we may have had when Leo was away grabbing car after car.They made the process so effortless and easy, I don't think I could ever go anywhere else ever.We also met with Chris at the end to sign paperwork and he was just as sweet, personable and charismatic as Leo and Dean.. I can't recommend this place enough.Thank you Temecula Hyundai for doing what you guys do. You made what other dealerships say was impossible, possible.

Drive your car elsewhere for service. If it's not a quick buck out of your pocket, they don't give a s#!t. Go to Ontario instead.Quite a few months ago there was a tap noise each time I applied the brakes and another once I started to accelerate. It's like when there is a bottle in the trunk except a metal tap instead of a thump. I took my new car there so they could investigate. I was told that they did hear the same noise I was hearing but could not find it because their chassis ears were not working. It's a device that helps pinpoint were noises are coming from. No worries, they would order new ones and call me in a few weeks. I asked if the car was ok to drive and they confirmed it was.A month goes by and no calls. I called them and they stated it has not arrived yet. Another month and nothing. I brought my car for service and the the service guy had no clue what I was talking about then tried to BS me that the "part" was not ordered. What part? It's a tool. "Oh yeah, let me look into that. We will call you". A month later still no call. I called the service manager and he stated he would look into it. Still nothing. I called to speak with the store owner but he was busy so the assistant manager spoke to me. He empathized and agreed, told me he would get to the bottom of it and call me back.A month later I have yet to get a call from anyone about what they promised to fix. Why?Bottom line, in my opinion... if they can't separate you from your money as fast as possible, they have no interest in helping you. They lost this customer and anyone else I can influence.

Leo and Dean were astonishing!!! Beyond remarkable experience with these two. It was my first time buying a car and they both made my experience worth it all. They were SO helpful. I found a car that I absolutely am in looove with! Very comforting environment and so beyond welcoming as well. I recommend if you go in to request these two!!! There were other dealerships that do not compare even a little to the uplifting energy they brought to the table. I'll for sure never forget the uplifting experience they made for me. Thank you guys again!! I am so beyond happy and grateful. Thank you beyond words!

I had a really good experience buying a car at Temecula Hyundai. I would strongly suggest Ryan Ruiz if you want a helpful no pressure and king salesman. I came in for a new car due to my car being totaled. I was not happy about having to get a new car but Ryan and the team at Temecula Hyundai helped to get my payment where it need to be and we're very understanding. I will definitely go back there next time I buy and definitely will refer them

I purchased a brand new a 2010 Hyundai Sonata 13 yrs ago . Hyundaihas given me the best service on my maintenance what is so important to me is how everyone in the service department team works . Vehicles require maintenance whether new or old and I thank them for keeping my Sonata on the road safely. Thank you to all of the service team !

Leasing a vehicle can be a stressful experience; however, Temecula Hyundai made the process very simple and helped me find the perfect match for my next Hyundai! Richard and August were extremely knowledgeable, kind and ensured the leasing process went as smoothly as possible. August took his time walking me through all of my new cars features (most importantly safety ones) and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Temecula Hyundai as they care about their customers and want to make sure they leave with the best and safest vehicle possible! Overall it was an excellent customer experience. I look forward to returning in the future!
