I regret to share a disappointing experience with Temecula Creek Inn. Our attempt to reschedule our stay due to flash flood warnings was met with uncooperative and unprofessional behavior from the hotel staff. Despite contacting our third-party service, the hotel refused to provide available dates and instead insisted we provide our own preferences. After an hour of back-and-forth, they claimed the entire hotel was booked until August, despite their website indicating rooms available even two weeks out. This inconsistency and lack of transparency left us feeling frustrated and misled. We expected better communication and customer service from a reputable establishment like Temecula Creek Inn.

The first room was left unfinished. There was a dirty cleaning rag left in the bathtub and dirty water in the waste basket. We notified the front desk and they quickly offered us another room.Take 2: the room was very neat and clean with a great view of the course. I expected to hear more morning noise from the golf course but it was pretty quiet. The food at the restaurant wasn't much to write home about. After dinner and a drink we left hungry and headed to downtown.

Rooms were very old. Need to be updated. Close to Galloway Downs but worth it to drive further.

Lovely concept but thanks to lies and simple unbendable actions from the staff I would likely never stay again Marciela who is not a robot apparently can only respond to our request in our room with That is correct thank you! While checking in we requested a late check out to accommodate my mothers birthday activity that starts at 130pm. It's unfortunate that we were notified engaged by an amazing staff member upfront who stated "oh no worries we typically can accommodate up to 2pm" but woke up to a rude nonverbal and/or intentionally rude staff.I attempted to inquire and was advised that they are at Max occupancy which is why we are now unable to be accommodated. Per the website almost every room type and floor is available. When I inquired about the disconnect between the two statements Marciela response was "that is correct thank you".

This place is great for a romantic getaway in wine country. Spacious rooms, very quiet, and convenient shuttle to Pechanga Casino.

Let me start off by saying, after reading the less than desirable reviews I called Temecula creek to cancel my reservation (yes I neglected to read them prior to booking)BUT!!! Thank God I spoke to Hailey, our Temecula Creek saving grace. In a nutshell She explained they have been working diligently around the clock to provide an overall 5 star experience (BASICALLY a lot of changes have been made). We decided to move forward with our reservation and Thank God we did. and we have plenty of photos to back my 5 stars up.We stayed in room 159- check in was a breeze, welcomed by pleasant smiling faces. Room/bathroom was immaculately clean, the television was huge, everything worked properly and we were over the top happy! The balcony had views of lush green/trees that seemed to go on for miles.pool/jacuzzi- crystal clean. there was a bit of a delay after turning the timer on for the jets. But all worked great and the temp was perfect.Temecula's Creeks own restaurantCork Fire Kitchen- JUST WOW. The Ambience was beautiful, Food was over the top delicious and the drinks didn't disappoint. The staff deserves 100 stars... The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. I think we just about ate everything on the menu. The staff saw our faces at least 3 times a day every day for 3 days. lol. My favorite was the brioche French toast with my latte. the many different kinds of eggs benedict.. best I ever had... and others said the same. I just can't rave enough about this place.Temecula Creek grounds: I don't know about you but the falling yellow, red, orange leaves everywhere and the dominating beautiful trees of all sizes and kinds were miraculous. Look Toto... we're not in Kansas anymore kind of experience. This setting is just what this city girl needed. ahhhhhhhhhh, I can breathe!my only disappointment... sell those delicious cookies!! ha ha ha ha. We were welcomed with a complimentary wine bottle, a welcome card and 2 extra large cookies... hands down...the best cookies in the world and I couldn't buy them. BUT they did give me the recipe xoxoxo.Over all, Temecula Creek did not disappoint. 5 stars all day long. 5 star staff, 5 star lush setting, 5 star restaurant, 5 star experience. A little secret, I work for a travel company and I will be referring your establishment to my clients. Thank you all so much. We will be back!!

Solid spot to spend a night in Temecula. Adequate rooms, solid service and the setting is just picturesque. Great for kids who can wander around and enjoy themselves.

Very pretty golf course grounds while driving in. It is convenient to get to from the freeway. Unfortunately, you can also hear the freeway from every quiet location in the hotel. It's a big property, so plenty of room for our multi-family group.Because our event was delayed, we had to reschedule and, while we did not get the room we originally booked, we were able to reschedule to a smaller room on a later weekend and they refunded the difference.Rooms: We had room 147 (in the 100 building). It felt old. There is a slight "old hotel" odor.Bathroom light switch plate was broken. Outlet in bedside lamp was so loose my phone plug kept falling out. Door to exterior hallway so thin that you can hear the conversations of people exiting the elevator. Our friends had a floor-level corner room in the 400 building which, though it had lower ceilings, felt nicer.Food & drinks: I had a burger and sangria at the bar. Very tasty, amid a boisterous post-golf weekend scene. Nice view over the course.

I created a live wedding painting at the Temecula Creek Inn. It has lovely views of the mountains and made a great setting for a painting.
