Temecula Carpets did a fantastic job installing my kitchen floor and my blinds throughout. Very professional and friendly workers that were quick and clean, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fresh new look for their home.

Just have to say I’ve used Temecula Carpets many times over the years and they do great work! From carpet and laminate flooring in my home to my parents rental properties in Corona they have always been extremely professional. As for pricing? Good luck finding anyone with lower prices, I couldn’t. I highly recommend checking them out.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Got installed defective carpet. Right after it was installed stains came out from within the carpet, something like oil that keeps getting worse with friction of walking on it. Additionally carpet wasn't installed as requested, smaller pieces were used vs. complete rolls and pattern was not matched throughout the spaces. HAVE TRIED TO WORK WITH THEM AND THEIR VENDOR TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE WITH NO SUCCESS.

The owner and their team was wonderful to work with - I had a feeling when I first stepped in to their shop that we would end up working with them to re-carpet our building. They are very straight forward, no BS, helpful, kind and informative. They don't try to sell you flooring solutions that you don't want or need, they don't try and persuade you into making quick decisions. They do it right!!!! I can't recommend them enough. We went to a few places around town and I can honestly say that the customer service here outshone any of the places we went into. Honest and kind people here, you won't be disappointed.

I just referred a friend to you because I purchased a carpet from you about 17 years ago and it has been phenomenal. About 1 year into its wear, a part looked shaded. You tried to explain that it wasn't the carpet...
but replaced it anyway!!!!! Guess what it wasn't the carpet. All at no cost to me.

We went in, picked out our carpet and were all set for the measurement appointment. We got a call from the owner and she said they were running about 20 minutes late but wanted us to know that the total cost to do our 14 X 15' family room would be over $1,100!! We were shocked. We picked out high quality nylon carpet at a posted price of 4.27 per square foot. When I said this quote was more like $6 a square foot, she agreed saying there were freight charges added on plus an "UP" charge for the smaller room size. We immediately passed. We cancelled on another contractor in order to do business with a reputable long term business in our home city. They may be that but our experience leaves us feeling terribly misled and definitely there was a failure to disclose properly up front. We won't have our carpet done in time now for our company but we certainly will not be using Temecula Carpets no matter what! I strongly suggest demanding a general dollar quote up front and not going to them for smaller jobs. They don't seem to want that business.
