If you have nothing but time on your hands, I have found they do good and affordable work. Even for a Mercedes!However, I do not have time to burn waiting for my car to be fixed. I get a hold of Jason on the phone, and all he can do is pass along my concerns to Peter. This last episode they needed a new sensor and also a new radiator and have had my car for two months!!!No one will call back so I can resolve this, and get my car back.

Took in my e39 to get worked the cooling system and the belt pulleys a month after getting the car back, the polleys started doing the same noise. when I changed my water pump. It was the same water pump and the polleys were the original ones.

Peter and Joanna are very nice, honest people. They provide quality repair services. My only negative comment is that communication is poor when they have any sort of change in schedule they don't call you. You won't find out about it until you show up at the shop.

Hands down the best repair shop in town. My car needed an engine and Peter got me the best price. Installed the used engine and tested the car before returning it to me. Also fixed several other things that also needed fixed and now the car runs like new. Kept me informed thru out the whole process and let me know when things needed fixed. Highly recommend coming here for all your car needs, trustworthy, friendly and excellent customer service.P.S. Peter is also looking for a mechanic, if anyone is interested.

Do not waste your time here. Called one week prior to bringing my car in and they gave me an estimate on the repairs that needed to be done. I brought the car in, I had to tow it in because it was overheating. Upon arrival the owner was very rude, we checked the car and he said he did not want to be involved in fixing the car. He questioned me about who I spoke to unfortunately I did not get the name (my fault), but he proceeded to bring his two employees over to check the car out. The two employees had burritos in their hands eating while checking my car. He told me to leave with my car and next time make an appointment when the person on the phone had told me to come in and they'd have it done in two days with the quote and everything. The owner then proceeds to saying "we will not work on this car" he walks away from me as he says take it somewhere else I don't want that car here. I told him how sad it was that he could not even get his customer service skills down which he responds to by saying "yeah, we are s***** As he said that another customer comes in and tells me "well he's upset" I talked to the customer and asked him if he had an appointment. He said "no, they told me just to come in" hmmm sounds familiar doesn't it. I wished the guy good luck, but don't come here. No customer service skills at all.
