Brian and Lisa Mason were our main realtors who helped us buy our first home. We appreciated that they were local to the area, as it was crucial for us. They gave us great recommendations and guided us through the process, answering all our questions and providing valuable advice. We also had the pleasure of working with Brenda Washburn, who was super kind and helpful when visiting the property, making us feel secure amid all the information.
We started our process with KB Homes in 2023 and finally got our house in June 2024. Brian and Lisa continue to be helpful to us, and we are very grateful to have chosen them.

Michelle Layton Was our real estate agent and I literally could not be more grateful. she helped us with everything from looking at properties to negotiating for us all the way to even helping us set up our utilities as first time homebuyers. We were sold a house that had very poor inspections done, but obviously didn't realize this until everything in the home broke and Home Warranty didn't work either. We would not recommend using Team Forss to anyone. The love it or leave it program is not a great option as we inquired about selling our home and were not given a full opportunity on current value after extensive renovations. No one came to see the home and all the work we had done to improve it. We were given a sales value over text. Very disappointing experience all around.

We sold our houses in Temecula remotely and Michelle H. from team Forss did a great job. Michelle is very knowledgeable and professional. We benefited from her rich experiences. She helped take care of everything to prepare our rental properties before marketing. For example, she inspected the house and got the quotes for repairs. Michelle even had her gardener taking care of the front yard while my gardener was away. She communicated clearly and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Definitely will recommend Michelle to all my friends who will need a realtor in the area. Thank you!
