Marco T. was very knowledgeable and quickly addressed our needs. He was able to lay out the differential between the plans available and expedited our purchasing process. I would highly recommend this location if you're looking for great customer service and a quick process.

This review does not reflect on the Customer Support team, but only Dan in this office. He was very kind, but we spent 6+ hours in store trying to complete my transfer from Verizon to Tmobile. Later it was found by the 611 support team that Dan had messed everything up and set up us incorrectly. We were not informed accurately which resulted in an additional 6 hour phone conversation with customer support (still ongoing) trying to resolve the issues Dan caused. We have paid unnecessary money out of pocket that Dan was refusing to reimburse. Luckily, the support team was happy to give me a $105 reimbursement for my troubles. I have decided to keep proceeding with Tmobile only because of their customer support team members. However, I still would not recommend anyone going into this specific store. Dan was working closely with his manager (i dont have his name) so it leaves me to believe none of them know what they are doing. Will never return to this store.

I just wanted to give props to my friend Rhody for hooking me up with the best prices and the best devices of the year. The friendliness and attention to detail deserves a five star review and hopefully this gets to management because you have an all star on your team. I’ll be coming back and sending friends your way.

Cesar was the most helpful T-mobile worker I have ever talked to. I have been getting screwed over for a while now over the whole Sprint is T-mobile thing and he explained to us what was happening. Some of the other workers could be more explanatory/transparent.

Bought a new apple ultra watch a few days ago. First watch and there was a bit of a set up issue but Jhovanny troubleshooted the problem after a hour on the phone with a rep and resetting the watch multiple times. Figured out the problem and was happy to have the watch fully working. Currently having Cesar put Apple Care on the thing just in case.Knowledgeable quick professional service. Def a repeat customer

Sunday night we walked in a little over an hour before closing looking for the new ultra Apple Watch. We were greeted upon entering by a male employee who then asked what he can help us with. I inquired if they had stock on the Apple Watch and he went in the back and grabbed one of the two that were left. He started to set it up and like always, it took a bit of time which wasn't the problem. He made a phone call, charged us, and then handed it over without much enthusiasm? Come to learn that he activated the watch using a physical SIM and NOT THE ESIM that was supposed to be used to activate the line on the Apple Watch. We went back two days later to have it fixed in store for 2 hours. Moral of the story: make them SHOW YOU the product to ensure that it's not the product and was just a faulty set up. LAME.

So frustrated with this store! I made an appointment to come in for a repair and had it already paid for. I get there at opening time, they opened late. Then I get in the store and when tech comes out, he says he doesn't have any appointments and they are no longer doing repairs. I told him i called tmobile and insurance, and paid in full. Then made the appointment, and showed him my email confirmation. He continued to tell me he cannot help me. And I shouldn't have even been able to make an appointment. My husband is an internal tmobile employee and was in disbelief of what the rep was saying. As the rep continues to tell me he cannot help us because the IPhone launch stopped repairs. My husband called to a pier to confirm if what the rep was saying was true. When speaking with his assurant pier he informed me that that was a lie, and they are still taking repairs and they never stopped.At this point the rep realized that my husband confirmed what he said was a lie and then informed me that he found my appointment and could fix my phone.This makes me wonder if I didn't make a call to interal tmobile how many customers they tell this to and let them walk out. Because he was so persistent that he could not help me and that I did not have an appointment. And that i was wrong. This is a misrepresentation of the magenta brand and a disappointment.

needed to get a new phone and start my own line and juan was absolutely 10/10 amazing, super helpful and patient and made the experience a great one. He told me everything i needed to know and made sure i understood all the information all while having great energy and attitude. Glad i chose to come here

With the exception to one female staffer at thr front desk whom I met at my last visit to this store, everyone else seems very disinterested and/or aggressive in their approach. Leaving without having a single thing done. I'll figure itnout on my own or seek aid at an alternate location.

I went to the store today to help unlock my Sprint phone. I had tried for three days with customer service to unlock the phone and was unsuccessful and they suggested I go into a store. We were greeted By very helpful agent he tried to help but his manager said I needed to transfer the phone back to Sprint and they could help I've been with Sprint over 30 years I know from experience that is not correct. I was given the phone to speak to customer service Well I'm hold the manager told the agent right in front of me that this matter should be dealt with The customer service not in store and to go help some one else he was a round man. But display the reasons why I am leaving Sprint.
