Large comfortable rooms ~ very nice bathroom & the kitchenette had everything we needed. The breakfast was the basics but tasted good & the coffee was actually good. So all in all a very pleasant day.

Great staff that was very helpful. We accidentally booked on the wrong date and they were very accommodating.

Loved the room we had. Toilet had a separate room with its own small sink. Shower had a full sink with countertop. The entry to the room had a small living room area with a couch and a desk. Room wasn't large but was arranged to maximize the space. I wish all hotel rooms were designed this way.Rooms: Loved the room we had. Toilet had a separate room with its own small sink. Has a fantastic stay! Was only there for a day, but the staff was super accommodating and the rooms were very clean and nice.

We stayed here one night last week after attending a wedding. I went I to wash my face and the facecloth had a hole in the middle the size of a quarter. Both face cloths were thin and old. And yea, they only gave us two. The bed was soft and lumpy, the sheets were worn and thin along with the flimsy blanket. The room had a weird arrangement with the shower on one side of the room and a toilet on the other. The rug smelled dusty and dirty. We had a terrible night's sleep and couldn't wait to leave. Never Again!!!!! We will think twice now before we stay at any Marriott in the future!!!

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding in October for 3 nights Thursday thru Saturday . We are from New Jersey and were very excited to be I Wine Country. The room we had was beside the highway and the noise was so loud all night long as we were told by a manager the windows had poor insulation . All night long we heard motorcycles trucks and cars. Also, the air conditioner rattled all night. We requested a new room the next day and was told by the desk clerk he had to check with his manager Marie Pranger and would get back to us. He never did as well as never hearing from the general manager , Marie Pranger. I woke up sick in the early morning and ended up with bronchitis after visiting urgent care that day on Friday and again requested a new room. We needed a good nights sleep. The general manager never got back to us again on day 2. We decided to spend a little time at the pool before getting ready for the wedding on Saturday , and as my husband was getting up from his chair, he fell through it as it had rotting netting, hitting his back in the bar, resulting in a bruise and injury to his back. He filled out a "event report" which basically was him writing the incident on a piece of paper . We requested to speak to the general manager , Marie Pranger , and again , no call. Nothing!Another manager came to our room later in the day and gave him ice and asked if we wanted to get x-rays of his back. We were getting ready for the wedding so we declined. After the wedding on Saturday , we requested a copy of the incident report and that request was denied , and again asked for the he General manager to call , of course, she did not . At this point, my husband got into an argument with the desk clerk and she threatened to throw us us out 2am.Is this how Marriott trains their General Managers . What a disgrace to this hotel chain and we did have at least 10 rooms filled with wedding guests. All we needed was a room where we could get a better nights sleep and the courtesy of a phone call from the General Manager and maybe someone to apologize for the injury to my husbands back!

My room seemed a bit dated and had an “off smell” upon check-in and remainder of my stay. My A/c kept things just below lukewarm and that’s not okay. It seemed like it was constantly on but never got cold.Breakfast was the EXACT same from Monday to Friday. You will only get room service once during those days. Fairly prompt about bringing extra towels or other items if needed.Location is great as it is close to old town Temecula for various restaurants in a reasonable walking distance. Conclusion: Would I stay here again?!I would not!

A good location, pleasant staff but the rooms felt musty and old, could use some sprucing up.

Great location to stay while visiting Temecula. The rooms were fine. I did like how much space each room had! My room had a hole in the wall and some wallpaper peeling but besides that no real complaints about the rooms. I stayed on the third floor so noise didn’t seem to be an issue. Hotel gym was small but had free weights.

Breakfast food could be more of variety. Pool is absolutely freezing . Indoor pool wreaks of chlorine . And couldn't sleep due to freeway noise all night . Close to activities would be only positive !

I could’ve done 5 stars to this Hotel but air-conditioner system ruined that comfort stay. No matter how temperature gets adjusted it wouldn’t work and it’ll just turn itself off. Tore wall paper and carpet looks filthy yet employees made us feel welcomed!Chilled lemon water is offered at the lobby for guests, restrooms are clean and most exciting is ice dispenser are available to each and every floor of the building.

Too noisy, I told the clerk I’m a light sleeper but he didn’t care. The room smelled like body odor, there was trash behind the bed. They had free breakfast, that’s why they got a star.

So we stayed at the Springhill suites as it was convenient to a venue we were going to. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I like the fact they had a toilet in a different area from the tub shower. One negative is the showerhead did not work, right, it took a while for the hot water to come on and then it just squirted out. Tried adjusting the head but to no avail. My husband went down to get tea and coffee in the morning and said the place was packed. So there was no place to come down and really have breakfast. He said it was your normal breakfast. Nothing to write home about. But I was surprised I did like the coffee and they had my raw sugar which was very unusual. Check in and check out was easy and everybody was very friendly at the desk.

Simple accommodations, nothing fancy but clean and spacious room, ample breakfast everyday 630am to 930am and convenient location, walking distance to Old Town Temecula, this is where you want to be seen, 12 blocks of shopping boutiques and restaurants, 1909 Gastropub is a must for all, upbeat and boisterous atmosphere, outside seating is recommended, we ate at Havana Kichen for lunch, surprisingly very good, on the expensive side but portion is huge, enjoy your stroll!
