I have had problems with everything. I am always on the phone or techs coming out. 1 tech said to me you should be charged for these visits. I told him to mind his own business. I am really sorry I did this.

The wait is insane. Why can't they hire more people. I justed needed to switch out old equipment. It shouldn't take over an hour to be helped.

SPECTRUM is not worthy of trust. They sell unsuspecting elderly people things they don't need or want. They are ill trained and bent on making a sale , not on properly meeting the needs of the customer.

I would give “0” stars if I could. I returned equipment over a year ago when I cancelled my account on August 24, 2022. I recently went from over 800 credit score down to 700 due to having my account sent to collections. I went to the store and was assisted by STEVEN to try to resolve the situation. He had a flat affect with an “I don’t want to be here” attitude from the second I walked up. Horrible aura. He said it was for a cable card and something else related to cable(which I never received because I NEVER had cable). I informed him that I never had cable. He did some clicking, looking at my account I assume, without saying a word. Asked for my ID and that said “It’s gone”. Mind you, the whole time I was never unpleasant or rude in any way. I asked if it would be removed from collections. He gave me a “I guess” type of answer. I asked id he could print something out stating that it was removed so I could address the “collection” added to my credit report. He said “I’m not going to print anything out for you”, dryly. I asked why he has an attitude and what I did to him for him to have an attitude. He said “because I shouldn’t be removing this from your account”. Like really?!?! I’m being charged for something that I never received yet you should not be removing it from my account???? We will see if it actually comes off of my account, I’ll be back to edit….

Cassie was an absolute joy to work with. She spent over an hour working on our behalf for what should have been an easy switch over from another provider, but ended up being very complicated. She was very knowledgeable in ways to work around system errors in order to get our numbers transferred. She assured that we were taken care of to the best of her ability despite it nearing closing time. Thank you!

Had a great experience here a couple days ago. The greeting was friendly and prompt. I did not have to wait at all, and my issue was resolved quickly. I was helped by (I believe this was his name) Danny, and his service was above and beyond. Thank you!

Monday morning 10am. Scheduled appt. I get called up by the young gentlemen (immature), I asked how he’s doing today, immediate response What can I do for you. Again maybe he didn't hear me, How are you, response again What can I do for you? I proceed to let him know I moved and need new equipment per customer service, I proceed to provide him the address and along with explain this issue with customer inputting the wrong address and he immediately cut me off and continued with the attitude asking for my number telling me my address is incorrect. I told him not to cut me off, his response was he's busy and trying to get people serviced.Long story short, management needs to retrain and redirect how customer service is expected with their company.

Spectrum sucks never go with them at all there service damn sucks there internet speeds aren’t great at damn all go with frontier or go with AT&T or Verizon you’ll get better speeds with them I also do my research through YouTube to me I know spectrum runs through contracts cause on YouTube you can see where he explains about what promotions you have with them I’m getting sick and tired of spectrum lying to there costumers at all I wish I had frontier at my place or any other internet providers but not spectrums services at all I also hate there store at a lot to standing in line I hate everyone in there all the employees there that they do there damn jobs aren’t right at all

This is the worst cable and internet service ever. Nothing but problems and the customer service is even worse. If I have to listen to their useless automated system again, I'll start hurting people. This entire company needs to shut down. They are the worst company I've ever dealt with. Absolute trash. Thank god I'm ending my service with them but what they have cost me in the process in regards to my business, can't be replaced. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

They can’t take a digital ID to pick up a router. I was added to my husbands account as an authorized user, we went into the store with my ID and we were told the only way to be added and authorized is by calling their 1-800 number. What’s the point of being added online then? Also why have 3 people in the store who can’t help? Such a waste of time and payroll.

Made us jump through hoops to get the service transfered when my father did a very common and very human thing and died. Other than that they are completely unreliable and unhelpful.

Had a router to trade in for a new one - Went to this store after reading the reviews expecting if anything, a funny visit to a store for which I had some free time to kill in the event the reviews were true.The reviews, for me, were not true. I was LITERALLY in and out in 5 minutes. Was greeted immediately with a friendly salesperson, they asked what I was there for. I said to exchange my router - Was informed that is not a problem as he grabbed a replacement on the way to the counter to meet me there.No questions asked swapped out my router.Quick service and friendly staff.

The store is super busy, and only 2 people assist even people with appointments had to wait a long time to be helped. Not employees fault but they are definitely understaffed

I arrived at Spectrum while battling the flu and having lost my voice. I approached a sales representative and explained my situation, hoping for some understanding and assistance. However, instead of offering support, the salesperson insisted that I call their company to resolve my issue. I politely showed them my account information on their website, indicating that I physically couldn't make a call due to my voice loss. To my astonishment, the salesperson responded by laughing at me, completely disregarding my condition and making me feel belittled.As a customer, I was deeply disappointed by the disrespectful behavior I encountered. It's disheartening to think about how I would have been treated if I were someone with limited communication abilities or someone who may not be as assertive. The lack of compassion and understanding exhibited by the sales representative was truly dismaying, and it left me feeling hopeless and undervalued.
