My dog injured his ear flap. My normal vet could not see him for several days. Trying to find a same day appointment to a veterinarian is close to impossible. Somehow I stumbled on to this gem.I immediately knew my dog was in excellent hands the second I walked into the office. The check in process was easy and painless. Everything was explained clearly. Dr Lucas examined my dogs ear before I had a chance to sit down she was out to talk with me about his plan of care and answer any questions I had. At no time did I feel rushed. I genuinely felt Dr Lucas was doing the right thing for my dog. If you LOVE your Furr baby as much as I doI HIGHLY recommend this office. Do not settle for less. This office goes above and beyond.

UPDATE: This vet failed to notice a VERY serious health condition that our dog had when we took her to see them not that long ago in June. We ended having to put her down this weekend because the health condition got so bad without us knowing about it. They should have noticed this issue when they examined her in June. All along we thought it was her thyroid making her overweight. It was not. Thanks South Temecula Vet for being the worst vet we've ever taken an animal to.Let me just start out with some people are good here... others not so much. Communication is poor. We had to get bloodwork done on our dog but they were unclear on what we needed to do. Iris Estrada (manager? Poor choice) will give you an attitude and say it's on the bottle, but when I got home and looked at the bottle it does not have the words she claims are on the bottle. When you call her out on her attitude she will diminish your emotions and say "I don't have an attitude, you are frustrated". Frustrated because of the attitude you gave me when you realized our dog didn't take her pill, even though if she had taken it the time would still be off because you never explained the instructions. We will not continue to take our pets here because of the poor communication and honestly every time we go in there seems to be a different vet. There is something to be said there when people aren't staying there. Also, the prices are higher than other vets and the pushing of lab testing to make the bill bigger is a problem.

I was in need of a Vet Hosp as my current one was closed for the long holiday. They were able to squeeze me in. I have a cat that was in need. Dr Michelle Dejanovich was so incredibly nice, caring and knowledgeable. She had the best bedside manner I could relate to. She did not throw out major testing that would break the bank. She kept everything within my realm. I have faith in her assessment, diagnosis and medial plan for my kitty. The office worked with me within my timeframe as well. I am completely satisfied with my visit. And also on a flip side I brought along my kitties, brother from another mother and father. My (his) Parrot. I did not know they have an avian vet as well. The Dr came out to greet my little green feathered dragon. They were able to take him back and Do a Beak/Pedi. I am so very thrilled I found this place. Recently coming from the Palm Desert Valley. There is not one Avian Vet there. This was a blessing! 5? or A +. Come in an decide for yourself. They are worth it. They care about your babies and you. (not your babies that will steal the car?)

We bring both of our pups here for all of their medical needs and they always do such a great job! They have been so accomodating with our pup Eros who has seizures by making sure to fit him in on short notice if needed and customizing his care to help keep him seizure free. We love all the staff here, and so do our pups!

My dog needed to be seen by a Veterinarian, I was able to schedule a first time appointment the following morning. They took their time asking questions, examining him and gave options on his care.I will continue to use this vegetarian for any future needs with my dog.Kristi G.

Our visit was amazing, we took our pet bunny and the doctor was very helpful and knew a lot about bunnies. My husband took him but he said he was happy with the doctor and we will be going there all the time!

They communicate very well with their clients. My mom took my cats in while I was in LA. They took my number down for a second contact, and called me to update on my pets status as well. The prices are reasonable as well. I know for a fact the care my cat received would've ran me an arm and limb elsewhere. Great place to take your pet!

So happy to have found this office! I needed a new vet office and was in a real pinch with the urgency of care I needed for my dog. The office staff was very friendly and caring. They fit me right in on a Saturday morning. The techs were efficient and knowledgeable and the vet herself was AWESOME! She took her time answering all my questions and really making sure we had a correct diagnosis and treatment plan. The pricing was fair and there was no push for anything unnecessary. Thanks a million!

I’d like to begin by saying that my dog has chronic allergies. Before we knew fully what the issue was we had taken her to a few vets before coming to this one. This clinic is extremely expensive though they were able to diagnose the issue.Recently I was told that in order to receive a prescription for my dogs medicine, she needed blood work as apart of an “up to date” check up. Blood work is typically $200-$300. This vet requires it YEARLY. If your dog has a chronic issue that requires a prescription, and you do not have the funds to pay for $300 blood work each year, I would suggest going to another vet who will allow you to decide whether your dog needs blood work.I find it despicable that they would not give me a prescription for the allergy medicine when the alternative is to have my dog suffer, when she had just been seen three months prior, and when the medicine they prescribed her greatly improved her quality of life. To hold “blood work” over my head when her medication already totals $2000 a year was just greedy. This clinic is great if you have money to burn, and the veterinary is qualified!

all the nurses and staff are wonderful, but the doctor is so grumpy and rude. very passive aggressive if you don't accept all recommended treatments, and creates a very hostile environment. I am so disappointed and will not be back.

Dr. Lucas & the staff were heaven sent in a worrisome moment with my cat. No emergency vet would see my cat but Amber so generously ask the doctors and was able to squeeze me in due to the urgency of the situation. Dr. Lucas and her assistant treated my cat with so much love, heard all of my concerns and made sure i was comfortable and understood the next steps they would need to take. I cannot thank them for the comfort they provided while i was there. Thank you everyone at South Temecula Vet Hospital again, Jack is making a full recovery & feeling much better

Yelp didn't disappoint with the reviews. Just moved back to Temecula & couldn't decide where to bring my fur babies. This place is close to the house, staff is super friendly & bonus points for drinks!
