I regularly frequent Temecula and heard someone from Tier 1 Games refer me to Slap Ink, on my first visit there was a literal news crew outside and they locked me out of the store from even coming in for a quote.I found out through the reporter that the owner allegedly stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from a man whos daughter died and his wife that developed cancer.ive heard from other customers they made orders where they were poorly done, or not fufilled on timei'd stay away from this business

I was shopping around, I initially got an estimate for shirts for a union I work with. A young lady ended up offering double the initial proposal which is ridiculous.My biggest regret is not going with an established honest business. I was very upset about the whole interaction and did a background check on the owner. He's in involve in lawsuits regarding his business. You've been warned

I did a 120 piece order only to have never have the shirts completed as agreed. The dimensions were off and the white ink was grey. The worse part is that they charge my card for the total amount instead of 50% as agreed until the final result was approved to my satisfaction. They sent me a phone receipt by email showing the 50%, only to learn 15 days later that the entire charge was made when I reviewed on credit card statement. What a regret not going to Same Day T-Shirt printing in Temecula. *** DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS at SLAP INK CUSTOM SHIRTS ***

I was in need of an embroidered hat for a last minute Christmas gift. Found them on a google search and dropped in. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I was expecting it to take a few days but they designed and completed the hat for me while I waited. I was so appreciative and happy with a business to give such good customer service. I will speed the word and be back when I'm looking for something done in the future. Thanks again Slap Ink!!

From start to finish, they have great customer service! I got a custom embroidery on a robe for my boyfriend. The finished product makes the robe look designer! You are involved with the customization process and they ask all the right questions to make sure you get the design you're wanting. I will absolutely be returning with more items!

These guys are amazing! I stopped by at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon and ask if there’s anyway they could possibly do a couple of custom shirts right then (needed them for the weekend, poor planning on my part). They jumped into action, made a few tweaks to my design, and the two shirts were done in under an hour. To say I am super impressed is an understatement. Amazing work Slap Ink team!!

Ordered sweatshirts for my softball team. Jay was awesome from start to finish. He was patient while I asked for options in hooded vs crew sweatshirts. Communication was great the entire process and the sweatshirts turned out SO good! Will happily be a return customer next season!
