Ship2Storage was one of the few options I found that can hold my luggage for a while when I traveled across the country. The service was moderately priced and easy to use. However, I would caution against shipping suitcases without a box and/or padding. My suitcase was damaged in transit, and Fedex declined our claim. Ship2Storage kindly offered a partial refund to help cover the cost of replacing the suitcase.

Highly recommend this company. Have used them multiple times, multiple years, multiple moves between various states. They are a life saver and such a great unique concept! Customer service is great.. it is nice to be dealing with a real person who actually handles the packages and logistics. I am ready to use them again for my next move! I TRUST them. Five stars with no hesitation!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR YOUR MOVE!! You will be sorry. Several of my boxes were never delivered. The amount of items I lost added up to a lot of money! And not only that, several of the items were Family Heirlooms that can NEVER be replaced. It has been weeks & weeks trying to reach them about this situation, and when I finally do- they could care less! They seldom return my calls and when they do, they give you the run-around. This will sadden me for the rest of my life. :(

Are you moving with boxes and suitcases but also have some downtime in between leases where you'd like to store your belongings in an affordable, secure location until your new lease starts? Frustrated because you can't find a service that offers both shipping and longer term storage options (Uhaul, Pods, greyhound, etc, none of them offer this or will charge higher prices for storage at this time)?Ship2storage is an absolute lifesaver when it comes to moving boxes or suitcases. Not only is it more affordable than a giant shipping box, but it also way more convenient and cheaper than driving a UHaul/Pod if you don't have large furniture to transport. Here's how it works - pack your boxes, pay on their website and they will send you labels (we were assigned fedex ones), drop off at fedex, boxes ship to a storage facility, then you go on their website and request when you want the boxes to ship out to a new destination.There is no other service I could find that not only shipped your boxes but also held them in storage for as long as you needed for a low monthly fee, and then shipped them out to your next destination in a timely fashion.While other reviews mentioned how outdated the website looked which made me initially skeptical, in reality, they are a small business and are incredibly responsive via phone and email. All 11 packages arrived in a timely manner in good condition and were shipped via fedex which managed signed delivery. I usually don't leave reviews but was so happy with their unique service that I felt I had to spread the word - looking forward to them becoming the next big company in moving logistics because I hope to use them for every move in the future!

Great service for people who only have some boxes for moving to another state. Customer service is responsive and helpful.I followed the website instruction to pack the boxes, and they are in perfect condition arrived at my new home.My advice is to make sure the name on credit card match the name on shipping label. I used an alias on the shipping labels, and it caused some confusion at the storage center, which resulted in a couple days of delay for the boxes to return.

3 months ago, I packed all my stuff in 4 extra large boxes and sent them to Ship 2 Storage to be stored for 3 months. I just got my boxes last week and let me tell you that I am very very satisfied by the service they provided me. I made a mistake with one of my label, and emailed Mike on a Sunday. He emailed me back after a few hours even if they don't work on weekends. Then, Sandy followed up with me and printed my labels so that nothing was missed. I taped very well my boxes and Mike gave me instructions on how to do it. Nothing in my boxes was broken. My boxes arrived completely perfect. I got the 4 boxes 3 days after submitting a request for having them back. Also, their website is super easy to use. Of course, you have to tape your boxes very well. I personally bought 5 duck tape and taped my boxes everywhere because I had delicate things in my boxes that could break. Overall, I have loved the way I was treated and the way they took care of my personal stuff. Definitively recommended it.

This company made my moving process run SO smoothly. Mike and Sandy made sure they stayed on top of everything concerning me! They prioritized me as their customer with timely communication for ALL my questions and concerns. They were respectful, organized, and also professional!My overall experience with them was so easy and stressfree. I am so grateful for them!! Highly recommend this company. Especially for first time movers.

Great service and customer service was very helpful. When traveling across country I needed a temporarily place to store items. I was able to store packed suitcases, storage totes, and my guitar at very reasonable cost. then when I was ready to relocate they sent my items to my new location. this made it easy, cost efficient and took a load of worry off of me. highly recommend!

Great service, I use it to store some of my oarty supplies since last year. Now I will use ot to store my Winter Supplies and Summer supplies. I have a cabinet door that stores it but slmetimes it doesn't fit.

I have to say that I had phenomenal service from Shenna and the rest of the staff at Premier Workspaces (formerly Premier Business Centers) during my five years as an office tenant from July 2015 to July 2020. I only left because my personal life circumstances changed resulting in my moving back to North County San Diego so it was time to leave the Temecula office behind. I will miss it, already do. To say Shenna is a phenomenal office manager is an understatement. She goes above and beyond for all clients and for the corporation. She is always accessible, friendly and attentive to anything you need. To keep up that level of service the center has always had phenomenal long term support staff who uphold the high customer satisfaction standard. There has been quite a bit of turnover in staff during my time but that's expected given that I was there five years and not everyone can meet the demands of servicing so many clients on a daily basis. When new support staff is hired who are not up to the task they are replaced. Only excellent, hard working, quick learners are kept on long term. Shenna runs a tight ship. She even went to bat for me with the company in July of 2019 when the corporation, I feel, was a bit too greedy in trying to increase my rent substantially from the previous year. That experience left a sour taste in my mouth where the corporation is concerned but it in no way reflects on the staff in Temecula who don't set the rates. Shenna lobbied on my behalf to get the corporation to compromise on a more reasonable rate increase. She always had my back during my time as a tenant. Again kudos to Shenna and the staff for outstanding service over the past five years I will definitely miss you and hope maybe they send you to their Carlsbad location as that would cement my pending decision to rent office space from Premier Workspaces at that location.

I spent a little over 3 weeks with my folks in California before I went from Nashville to NYC, and that created the need for a shipping and storage company. Enter Ship2Storage!When I was initially looking at many shipping and storage companies to choose from, Mike was very helpful in explaining what Ship2Storage does, how they do it, and how they are able to keep the prices low. He also helped me with the process of shipping my boxes to their warehouse. Once my boxes got to them, I had some weight and boxing issues, which to my relief were handled extremely well by Sandy. She kept me in the loop on what she was doing and what she would need from me. She also helped with reboxing and pushing the order from her end to make it easier for me. She truly went above and beyond to make this move as easy for me as possible. I received my boxes a couple days ago in NYC, and given the sheer quantity of how much stuff I was moving (a lot of books!), I am very happy with how my boxes and the content within has arrived.A big thank you to Mike and Sandy for making this move so much easier! Cheers!

It's a pity to see they have two negative reviews. My recent experience with Ship2storage was actually very good. I sent three big package boxes from NJ to CA, using their warehouse as a transit stop. In the mean time, I made several mistakes about my number of boxes, my new address, and etc, but their employees patiently helped me solve my problems and deliver my boxes in time without any extra fee. Their service deserves positive comment and their good attitude should be encouraged to help more people who need help

This is a convenient service I use often when I travel for conferences. I let ship2storage keep my heavy items for my next trip instead of taking them on flights. Shipping to & from is a breeze and problem free. It is also very affordable! Mike has been amazing in helping me with any questions I have. Highly highly recommended!
