Well, the folks were friendly. But, they made an error matching a $70 gallon of paint and we're unable to fix it or replace. No refund, just "sorry, nothing we can do". This is why the are getting crushed by Home Depot and Lowes. Update: Went up the street to a different location and they fixed the paint as I requested. Added more of the correct tint. The company also emailed/called me to see how they could make things right.

So I can't complain abt the help I got BEFORE I bought my paint, but afterward it quickly went downhill. Started off with 2 samples that I personally think are too big and too expensive for "sample"paints. I can deal with that too though. It was that my samples lids were not screwed on all the way/tightly so when one tipped in my truck it came off. I didn't know this until I parked in my driveway and opened my back foot and SPLAT!!! It tumbled out splashing paint all over my truck, and my driveway-- not to mention my floor board. I called right away and the response I received wasn't an apology- it was "oh, that's weird." Um no it's no "weird", it's someone not paying attention to a vital detail!! Then I just went in to have my sample replaced and met with both the manager and the girl who got my samples yesterday-- not one managed a simple apology. Wow. Key to customer service is acknowledging a customers needs and servicing them. I didn't bring in an expensive truck detail receipt or anything g like I could have. I simply asked for my sample to get replaced. It would've been courteous to give me that with a simple apology. Makes me very concerned in case of a larger issue later. I'll take my business and my DIY blog to Benjamin Moore thank you very much.

Smaller store, but attracts less of a crowd, so they usually have more stocked and available, for the professional and DIY alike. Same awesome, high-quality service & products that can be expected at any Sherwin-Williams location.

I love this paint store! It is close to where I pick up a lot of my lumber for projects around Temecula, so that is convenient. It is tucked away off enterprise cir., so it is rarely busy when I go in the store. They serve my very quickly, which I like. Who likes to sit around in a paint store and drink Kuerig coffees? Ok, I do that sometimes. I like the paint as well. The Solo paints work very well for painting trim, such as crown molding, as it really flows out nice for the end result. I probably buy a few gallons of paint here a week, I highly recommend them. PS, the Shermin Williams down the road on Jefferson is open til 7pm if you can't make it to this one by then. That has helped me out a few times when I get stuck in traffic...
