First time using this location, so the way they built this location with their driveway entrancesvis really small!!! There's really only one way in and out, and you can't turn around very easily.... there's no "do not enter" signs posted, so it's easy to drive in the wrong way!!! The people who designed this gas station with a car wash were a bunch of morons!!!!

There needs to be some kind of audit for these places. I know $10 of gas isn’t a lot, but I just put $10 in and my gas light is still on. The gas light is a warning for when you are still below 1 gallon of gas. So what did you just not dispense an extra gallon? I paid for 2 gallons and got around .7. I’ve heard other people at this gas station going up to the person at the desk complaining that they didn’t get enough gas in their car and I guess I should have listened. I just wish there was more we could do as citizens to stop stuff like this. I don’t even know who to call.

Worst gas station. None of the pumps work. You can't fuel here unless you're paying cash with the teller. Pump #10 works, but its the only one I've had any success with.

This is by far the worst gas station into Temecula. The pumps are so closely placed together that sometimes is impossible to get by fueling vehicles to get to one. The card readers frequently fail. It's seemingly always under construction. On top of all of that, their prices are usually worse than other Shell. Gas stations in town. Go somewhere better.

Stopped in for a quick car wash and boy do I regret it. My car now has numerous scratches all over from the scrubbers! It's literally is all over. Scratches on each side along the panels, on my hood, on my roof, and on top of the trunk. It also accelerated the paint that had been chipping. I will not go to an automated car wash again. If I could give zero stars I would. Very disappointed.

(only reason for there being any stars at all is ryan, he handled the situation the best he could.) car wash didn't wash off any of the stuff on my car but it did scratch my paint and bend my front license plate.

Short changed from cash dollar bills and coin change that totaled $25 yet got credited for less than expected credit.Prices are high enough to get careless.Caveat Emptor! Clients beware!

The workers are great ppl. But Who the hell puts a gas station in the most populated area of Temecula in a tiny corner of a shopping center? Then builds a micro gas pump area? So nobody can exit or get gas easily?
