Ridiculous to not have working restroom for customers. To be lied to and told it's closed when it was an emergency. Shame on you! Will take my money somewhere else from now on.

When I finished putting gas in my car it charged me 5.99 a gallon while the pump said it was 4.99 a gallon. I even checked other pumps and they all said 4.99 a gallon. When I went inside to see if they could refund the dollar extra per gallon the manager was rude and said that they couldn't do anything. I felt I was robbed as they were charging me a dollar more per gallon without me knowing until reading the receipt.

They always say their air for tires is not working or their button to start it does not work so pay $2.00 even after I filled up my gas.

My uncle went in to pump gas and said $20 on 12 the girl named Samantha put it on 2. So he went back and told him she couldn’t do anything. when asked about the manager name and number she said she can’t give that out. Worst location to go! No service and they definitely don’t care about your money. She blames him for her mistake.

DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH WHATEVER YOU DO! It sprayed soap all over my car, then one of the parts banged against my bumper and damaged it (!) then wash stopped working. The manager (dark hair with purple on the ends) is a rude, rude person. Google all the negative reviews regarding this car wash and rude behavior of staff before you go there. Manager should not be managing anything to do with customer service.

Woman's restroom was out of order sign was on it not men's when my husband asked for key to men's they said it's out of order too put a damn sign I get the whole not wanting to clean it up etc but put signs in it put all out stuff back and went else where!!

Customer service was horrible, and I felt like I was going into the war zone wouldn't let me use the bathroom and security guards everywhere.

Two restrooms, one has a cone in front of it, an employee came out of the other one after over 5 minutes and said it was an employee restroom. No signs to that effect. Guess he must have left it stinky? So he wouldn’t let anyone in. Thanks Shell.

*Edit* horrible experiences in the past but now it’s one of my more preferred stops.This shell gas station/ 7-11 is so much better than it used to be… better ownership maybe? But the management is definitely much better than it was a couple years back so I had to edit my original review.

Stopped off to top off. Little tricky pulling into the lot from Rancho California Rd. The display had a lot of scratches. Pay at the pump didn't work - it didn't recognize my Fuel Rewards number nor like the Shell gift card so I had to pay inside. This had me rethinking my decision to stop here. Turned out to be a a good thing because the cashier was really nice.pretty decent store inside with lots of snacks and drinks.

I came in to get a soda (Saturday 9:30 pm) , there was a girl with blue braids sitting next to the cashier , she was loud and trying to be funny to the customers asking all kind of personal questions honesty I took that as been unprofessional, she was on her break or something , also the cashier didnt even greet me , nor told me how much or said thank you , they both were having a full conversation and I was completely ignored!

Only gas station in town that must be owned by people that streamline cnn to the jugular. Went to get a redbull and was told to get out and get a mask. Being that theirs a vaccine I thought this bs was over. My family and I have decided to not give any business a penny of our money if they are making mask mandatory and hope to see more people doing this enough is enough.

The car wash was out of order. I came back a week later on 4/28/21 at 9:50am and again it didn't work. I called the store and they told me it doesn't register your code if there is another car in line ahead of you! She said I had to come in and get another code. Inside she wasn't wearing a mask. The cashiers there never wear a mask. She asked for my receipt and when I informed them the machine outside didn't give me a car wash receipt. She said I had to prove to her that I had ordered a car wash by going on my phone and logging in to my credit card account and showing her the transaction. She could have simply asked for my card so she could have done her job and looked it up. When I told her I don't do banking on my phone she said, "Well how do I know you really paid for a car wash?". I said, "OK, when I get home I'll dispute the credit card charge and never come here again." Her reply was "Sounds good! Have a nice day". To sum up the car wash is faulty and the staff is passive aggressive, breaks the pandemic laws and is unhelpful.
