Horrible customer service. I stop here to purchase a celius at 1am because I was coming from SD I had a long drive. The lady refuse to sell me a celius because she couldn’t open her window. I went to another gas station. Don’t come here the customer service is just rude.

The place is good for gas and drinks, but clerks don't know how to work the POS systems and can't clear a pending charge. So don't get your hopes up about getting your money back from a pending charge.

Just passed by on my way during a road trip, and the staff working tonight were not only polite but very friendly and accommodating. The fact that I am just leaving, after fueling and grabbing snacks, and felt the need to write review, is a credit to them and their character!

Always ask for receipt..I guess pump does not print out or ask if you want a receipt..I been scam twice using my debit becareful at this station.

My debit card was still charged a "pre-authorization" fee of $139 in my bank account two nights ago. The transaction was cancelled by the shell cashier at the window and I paid cash instead. Why is this transaction still pending in my account and my money not returned if this sale never even happened? I want my money back so it can take this non-sale out of a pending status by your gas station in my account. Why are POS transactions so quick to take peoples money but can never give it back as quick as you took it.

This gas station use to be very good to its customers. It must of been sold to someone just sucking money out of it. Several time, I've stopped in and could not use my Shell rewards ID to purchase gas. I even tried my regular credit card. There pump computers seem to be down all of the time. I even pulled in to purchase gas and they had caution tape around all of the pumps. So much for Shell's rewards program................Gary, Rainbow, Ca.

10/5/22 no action has been taken still... When the lobby is closed, how ridiculous is it to have a location like this open when no one can purchase anything that doesn't fit through a two-inch gap in the window... 90% of the products inside the store don't fit through the window.

For all the money flowing through Temecula you'd think that this shell could afford a window with a hole large enough to sell energy drinks through it. Take a look at the Quality plexiglass and duct tape job...

I popped in to ask cashier if they had a bathroom for my 94 year old dad, a WWII vet. My husband had car in fire zone so my dad could get out of car because he cant walk far. There are not any close handicap parking spots. She wanted us to move our car that didnt need gas over to the gas pump and block a pump. I told her that was too far for my dad. So then she LOCKED THE DOOR SO I COULDNT GET HIM IN STORE. DID SHE WANT HIM TO GO TO BATHROOM OUTSIDE DOORS???? SHE WOULDNT MOVE UNTIL MY HUSBAND MOVED OUT OF FIRE ZONE. WE SPENT MORE TIME IN FIRE ZONE BECAUSE OF EMPLOYEE. All she had to do is say, yes, bathroom is over there. I get my dad out and my husband would then move car. Instead she wouldn't answer my question and i asked her multiple times. So then i saw bathrooms and went and got my dad out. Then she LOCKED THE DOOR SO A 94 YEAR OLD COULDNT GO TO THE BATHROOM!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO AND SPEND ANY MONEY AT THIS STORE. By the way I always buy something when using a bathroom like that. But mot this time!!! Lost my business!!!! What a rude employee she should be fired!!!!!!!!! This was saturday around 9:15pm July 23rd. How can you treat an old person like that!!!!!!!

Lowest price on this side of town always and right off the freeway. The store is always clean. They do a good job of keeping gas spills up. I come through a lot at night and I see them out there scrubbing it down. Very well lit at night. Check out their beer cave too good deals on brews ?.
