After trying So many different foundations, and feeling like I was about to give up and there was nothing that would work for me.
I started to tell myself that foundation just doesn’t work for my skin type anymore, This was sad because I love doing my make up.
A sweet woman named Taylor, Tay Tay. ✨
Came over to help me as I was feeling super overwhelmed looking at all the different options.
She asked me what I have already used, what I’m looking for in a foundation? She narrowed it down to a foundation I have never heard of or used before. Danessa Myricks Cream to powder foundation.
When I tell you this foundation Checked all of my boxes in what I dreamed of being the perfect foundation.
I am the biggest fan of this entire makeup line now. The blush also… ?

I went to the Sephora in Temecula on the last day of the Spring sale. As you can imagine, the store was very busy. However, many of the store employees stopped to ask if I needed help. They were all very sweet and accommodating. I would like to give a special shout out to store employee auto for taking extra care and helping me shade match, and for all the sweet compliments. I will be back again!

Definitely not the greatest Sephora I have been to,some boxes were open as if people were stealing no wipes to clean off your makeup very small location and felt unorganized.

Always out of stock so buddy and the employees are so rude . They have horrible customer service skills and are very unpleasant.If you are looking to have some retail therapy i would not go to this sephora

A lot of the tester products seemed dirty, missing or damaged but they did manage to have what I was looking for. I spent a long time trying to find where certain products were in the store. No one asked me if I needed help

I came to the store and it's filthy. It's dirty the employees did not care for the store is crowded and it's just dirt everywhere.

Everything was perfect when I went in with my sister and then all of a sudden a herd of 10 year olds or even younger come in rushing in to get the products i needed. I ended up coming out with just a fragrance. I needed more of my skin care products and some other products for my sister (since it was her birthday that day). I waited so long in line because a lot of little kids were complaining about products running out and not being able to get their way. I would recommend that people or kids under the age of 15 shouldn't be coming into the store unattended and acting rude to other people around them. This is just very bad in every way because the employees ignored me when I asked for help and helped some little girl instead of us.

Honestly I always have such good experiences with the employees the girls are so nice I went in today to exchange a foundation that didn't work for me and it was so easy the girl I think her name was Taylor literally showed me some of her favorite foundation ended up buy one of her recommendation and I'm so excited to try it. Literally I had so many bad experiences in other sephoras but this location literally is the best..

Great selection of products, but I wasn't very pleased with my experience. Products are marked up a lot here and I didn't know until I got up to the cash register since I didn't see any price tags for the product I was purchasing. ?

I was profiled twice as a Doordasher two different times for wearing a red mask (with the logo) while working and picking out items for customers back in September and just 3 weeks ago. I’m not sure if it was racially based and I would like to think not. I ignored the profiling the first time, but this time it was worse. As soon as I entered the store I asked for help just to deter any profiling due to last time. I showed the employee the items I was looking for on my phone via the doordash app, but that did not deter anything because within a minute or two after being directed from the first employee I had another stand next to me for 10 seconds just standing there and then leaving.To prove her wrong I asked her for help. I do not know the store well so I asked yet another employee (the 3rd employee) for help for another item because for the second time entering this store as a Dasher I did not feel comfortable to even find the items. I asked for help to hurry and leave which is similar to last time.As soon as I get near this employee the security guard has their back turned towards me because they were watching me. A person with gray headband, in a black skin tight active wear jacket, and bright green pants with a doordash mask to protect me and my customers due to recent surges in Covid. Despite people acting as if Covid is over, it is unfortunately not. I have delivered prescription medication to customers with Covid last month and this month. So I wear a mask to protect myself and customers.Anyway, I am hyper aware to profiling because this is the 5th time since June as a Dasher in Temecula. I wish people would pay attention. All they see is me in a mask (while I’m working at that) and they assume the worst. What is unfortunate is that I try my best to dress nice, to wear bright clothes, and still I get profiled. In this case I asked for help by an employee as soon as I enter the store to deter profiling and I still have staff and security profiling me while trying to pick up items for a customer. It is all just very unfortunate as I am just trying to work.
