I recently visited Ritzy Rags in Temecula. I found several items that I truly liked. I was asked if I wanted to try on the garments and I told them that I just came from a radiation treatment, was sweaty, and wasn’t wearing a bra. At this time thy should have told me that they do not accept returns or exchanges. They did not and I purchased the items. Once home and showered I tried on the clothes and found that two of them did not work for me. I went back the following Tuesday and informed of their policy and pointed to a sign behind the employee (I didn’t see it as it was blocked by her body). The employees told me that there were several signs around the store; none of which I saw. I won’t be going back but if you do, don’t concern yourself with being courteous, try on the items. Even if you are not feeling as clean as you should.

Mother daughter duo working today were AMAZING. They are helpful, attentive, and have a good eye! They helped me decide on what to keep and even suggestions on how to style the items I chose. They are there for the customer, not for the sale. Not to mention the amazing items! Everything is in good condition, unique and stylish! Great brands, great prices, great options!

I highly recommend visiting this shop. The customer service was superb. Both ladies working, had cheerful and pleasant attitudes. The merchandise was not only high quality but very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!

This is not a thrift store, it is a consignment store with absolutely amazing merchandise at great prices!!! If you like labels , but don't want to pay high price, come here! My favorite place to shop!!!

I love this store and the people who work here are very kind and attentive. I spent quite a while looking at everything and bought several items yesterday. I found a super cute purse, jewelry, pants, and a jacket. I’m almost afraid to post this review because I want this store all to myself ?, but I wanted to give them a good review because they deserve it. They keep the store so organized and I feel like I’m on a treasure hunt when I’m shopping there. Looking forward to my next visit!

RUDE and I DID NOT EVEN ENTER THE STORE. I didn't know they closed at 5, my husband had a haircut appointment to the barber nearby, I was planning to visit the store for the first time while waiting for him. I was walking towards the store to enter the store, the clerk ladies were talking with a group of people right out the door, when they saw me coming they ran to turn the closed sign inside out. I Felt really bad. A correct way to do it wit is saying "sorry we close at 5" not acting like "here comes the brown person let's turn her away" . Talking about Temecula/Murrieta rudeness.

I am a firm believer in helping the small business industry. Not only am I a supporter, but I also believe in giving credit where credit is due.I have worked for Costco for 13 years and have prided myself is good customer service along with having someone leaving a store happy.That’s the true shopping appearance I always, most definitely get when shopping here. You are considered number one. Linda and her daughter finds things for you that they realize are just you. Their second hand finds are top notch. The other day I bought something there and felt like a million bucks wearing it.Consider yourself coming across a great find when you discover this place. When you open that door for the first time, you will be reinvented as I was. Just make sure you leave me some of those great finds. Tell Linda, MaryAnn sent you. What can I tell you. I may be dating myself, but does anyone remember the show “cheers” ? The place where everyone knows your name? This amazing consignment store is that! They are over and above friendly & kind to every customer , they are helpful when you need help and also know when you simply treasure time to browse. The clothes that they consign are current, cute and in fabulous condition with a price to match. To the young lady who was bent out of shape over a bag .. SERIOUSLY.. no one offers bags any more .. I hope you shoppers out there give her review no value. I have been shopping there 10 years and will continue to so .. the store , the merchandise and women who run deserve rave reviews!
