Reliant's customer service team is incredible. I cannot say enough good things about their responsiveness and care. Of course Reliant goes through delivery issues like any other company (late deliveries, incorrect items, etc), but that stuff happens. Their customer service team is always so helpful and responsive. They deliver to us weekly for our juice bars. Great work to the team there, incredible staff.

Friendly people and I dont know what all the complaining was about, showed up here expecting the worst docking scenario but was pleasantly surprised to learn that the docking was as easy as you could want and I was in a conventional with a 53' trailer. Maybe it's not for drivers with little experience.

Have always had good experiences with Reliant. Drivers helpful and willing to meet nearly anywhere along their route for drop-shipments. Sometimes office makes things more complicated than necessary, but always willing to work thru issues.

Reliant is unreliable they change stuff all the time. Their willcall hours get changed all the time without giving customers a heads up so you show up with a surprise every time you take a drive to pick up your order. They always add some random fee I used to place willcall orders all the time, and one of their office ladies told me on the phone that I just had to give them a 30 mins heads up never said anything about a fee, so I do and it’s been working fine for over a year now; Well after over a year of placing Willcall orders I go to place an order today and out of nowhere they charge a fee for the same day Willcall…… what’s the point of Willcall might as well place a delivery. They have also changed my delivery days without notifying me and makes it very frustrating to keep up with my inventory when my deliveries are constantly being changed, I don’t know if they have someone new in management or what is going on. Reliant used to be really good and reliable but they have just changed, they don’t care about the customer just your money.

Worst company ever terrible customer service they do not care about you if you can pick any other service even if it's for a little more choose them it's definitely worth all the hassle and trouble you'll have to go through with them. I repeat they do not care about their customers their customer service is the worst

So they open exactly @ 0600 and you can't get in any earlier but was out by 0715 so its nice and quick as far as unloading goes however their docks are tight even with your 5th wheel and tandems full forward and if you're in a conventional I wouldn't try it and that's where they lost 1 star.

Just had a driver in the left turn lane exit the turning lane to continue going straight forcing me to slam on my brakes and make my tires screech.I then approached the driver at the next light and he didn't even apologize.he just said he had his turn signal on even though he should know that you're not allowed to change lanes on a solid line but because he was going north instead of South he did not care.

Great service staff was good. for delivery be there anytime from 8am to 5 pm. Unloaded in 20 min. Tight docks and no space for parking.

Fast and friendly service. This is a great place to deliver. Getting in and out was a little tight for an eighteen wheeler but not the norm.
